The room is small, not enough space to open up all my luggage. Cleanliness is 3/5. The stuff is friendly and nice.

The place is clean. It is closed to Dali Ancient City and there are a lots of restaurants near the stay.

The room looked great and was very comfortable. The location is near the ancient city. There are any places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful. The tea they provide is also high quality. The only issue I have is with the TV. The box has a large selection of movies and TV series a la Netflix,however if you want to watch regular live TV , the box says that you have to pay.
Note that the hotel is located in an alley off Yeyu Road and at first was hard to find.

The staff is very helpful to carry our luggage, and provide useful information for the surroundings. However, the room is a bit small and the soundproof is not very good.

Value for money. Hotel is new with modern facilities/amenities. Great location and Walking distance to all attractions within ancient town. Fantastic service and hospitality - fast response and gave recommendations and helped with arrangements with 3rd party companies (eg tour operators and private hire car). Highly recommend.

Beautiful room with a bathtub located on the top floor (level 3). The staff is very friendly. Although the hotel located in an alleyway which can be a bit dark and quiet at night.
