酒店的衞生不是很好，然後前台的那個女服務員的態度也很差，我們來了之後枕頭沒有套，然後看到了枕芯都是黃的，讓給我們換一個也不給我們換，然後他就拿走了，我們就衹有兩個枕頭，後來他説又有枕頭了，結果打開看還是那個臟的黃的枕芯那麼臟的枕頭怎麼睡嗎？而且態度還那麼差。

本來衹訂了一晚的，後來古城的客棧給退房了，就繼續多住兩天，酒店簡而齊全，熱水很熱，空調也可以，簡單服務不錯，酒店老闆熱情，不錯不錯

酒店有電梯窗外就是興盛大橋拍照特別出片交通很便利房間特別乾淨床也睡着很舒服晚上這邊睡着也超級安靜前台小姐姐態度特別好知道我們下午三點多的車帶着小孩太早去高鐵站不方便還幫我們延遲退房啦大理是一座有温度的城市
