Our family short stayed at 云之国·忆闲居 Minshuku|花园度假美宿（古城南门店）during in dec 2024 was very pleasant and enjoyable! Their staff was very helpful and willingly to go extra miles in helping you. They help us with carrying our luggage and even when late at night when I asked questions on weixin, they responded almost instantly. No doubt on their service level. The room was well heated and kept us really warm during winter.( not all the 民宿 I’ve stayed elsewhere had such heated room). I will definitely recommend my friends or family to stay here if they were to visit Dali. My daughter told me she wish to stay there again!

*Thankful for the free room upgrade to a bigger room than I booked.
Hotel is bright, clean and comfortable, with very good service from all their staffs, who also helped with our lugguges during check in and check out when its raining. Breakfast spread is limited but they have the tastiest and nicest Mi Xian served.

The hotel's room were clean and everything was well maintained. Great customer services from helping to move my luggage to me room till helping my family in booking a transport for our tour at a last minute request. Breakfast was quite decent as well, utensils were cleaned and placed inside a sterilizing container, though there wasn't much to choose from, the kitchen staff were friendly and we could request to cook rice noodle and willing to help us add raw eggs into the noodle. Overall very satisfied and happy with the stay, not to mentioned great location, supermarket located right beside along with a few pharmacy and a 5-10mins walk from the entrance of the
Ancient City. Definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dali.

Place is ok for a night or two. Really enjoyed the nice bathroom. We stayed for two nights. After the first night we were asked did we want the room cleaned, we said safe. Came back that evening and all that had been changed was the trash bags. No clean towels or bed even made up. Found this past disappointing.

The room is big and the bed is comfortable. It is very close to the South Gate, about 10 minutes away. There is a market 300 meters away, but it only opens in the afternoon, and there is only a breakfast stall at the door for breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Dali Ancient Town, but there were so many people in Dali during the Spring Festival. There were traffic jams everywhere, and we didn't visit the ancient town much. The hotel service was very good, and we were picked up at the station for two consecutive nights. There is a supermarket next to the B&B, which has a complete range of things. The breakfast was indeed average, but it was enough to fill my stomach. The only thing was that the toilet was leaking from somewhere, and the floor was still wet after taking a shower the night before until the next day.
