First the Hotel environment is super good, the room was big, with heated flooring that allow us to feel warm inside the room. But biggest point of all is the Service crew Mike. He was one of the biggest reason that allow us to have unique experience. His service is flawless and so is warm and welcoming. Overall the best hotel I’ve stayed in Yunnan and Best service I have ever experienced all because of Mike.

The place was amazing. Very clean and well maintained. The room was equipped with all kinds of equipment including minibar, TV, speaker, hair dryer accessories. Breakfast was fine. The view is amazing, and fabulous. I didn’t use the pool.
Sini was very helpful, she was there all the time, she provided everything I asked for. She also helped me get a ride to another hotel, an hour drive and she reimbursed the cost.

Our travel to Dali and staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. Especially, A松云Mike who works at the hotel, he was such a great help for us because he was so helpful and served us with his generosity and kindness. He was there when we need for anything including foods, hotel services, moving by cars and taxi. We really appreciate Mike for his great help, kindness and molars. We loved the place and recommend everyone to visit it☺️

Hotel has a beautiful sea view but the location is a bit touristy. Our butler, Mike, is very helpful and he took very good care of us. We first got a room by the roadside - the room is clean and beautiful with a private pool, however it is right on the road where tourists pass by all day long and take photos so there is not much privacy. We asked to change the room to a higher level and he arranged it for us right away. Very attentive and he even reminds me to go for breakfast everyday ☺️

A very lovely and beautiful hotel. The room and view is amazing and the housekeeper is very helpful. He provided all the necessary information and assistance throughout the stay, 5 star service! The fruits platter and hot dessert soup was a nice touch. Highly recommended.
