We stayed here for the ***** New Year Eve and the following day. Although the price was expensive, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. The lobby and public areas of the hotel are a bit run down, but the rooms are nice and comfortable. Instead of using the pool, the hotel staff brought us to a hot spring nearby which was a wonderful experience.
