We booked a family room (at 4th floor) and stayed for 2 nights. Note that there’s no lift in the hotel. The staff was very helpful as he helped carry our luggages to our room. The room was spacious and clean and has all the necessities.The hotel location is quite close to the old town, walking distance only.
We arrived at hotel quite early and the staff let us checked in earlier than the check-in time.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

This is one of the best and friendly hotels I have stayed so far. The front desk, and especially, the hotel restaurant staffs are exceptional helpful and polite. Location of the hotel is strategic too. Inside the ancient city but not in the heart where it can be very noisy. This place is quiet.
Although there are many good restaurants within the ancient city, but I must say, their restaurants food and environment are the best. We had 2 dinners and 1 lunch at their restaurant, no regrets.

The hotel service is so good, they are very nice and friendly. The location is excellent and very convenient. Car can access and drop us off in the front of the hotel. However, it is unfortunate that the electricity was interrupted on the day we stayed and we did not use hot water. I think it was a unexpected event.
But this hotel is affordable for staying.

The accommodation is located near the East gate of the Ancient City. We booked the largest family room - although it was located on the top floor, the staff were very friendly and helpful as they assisted us in moving our luggage to our room. The room was clean and comfortable
