酒店環境很好，視野開闊，面朝洱海，房間很通透，有大泡池，泡着澡看海景，真的絕了，酒店服務也很好，熱情的幫忙拿行李，還能幫忙拍照，總之體驗感很好

這次陪父母大理之行，訂了兩晚纖雲的套房，非常滿意。
房間景色漂亮，直麪洱海，寬敞舒適，套房內還有兩個衞生間。冰箱內巴黎水、依雲、可樂，足夠豐富，抽屜裏還有小吃。還有下午茶、晚上的點心，實在有點吃不下了😀。
打卡拍照，更是美美的，衹怕時間不夠用😅。
服務態度沒得説，美女帥哥個個都客氣禮貌。
大理之行，因為纖雲，更美好。

已經是第二次入住啦，真的好喜歡這裏的風景和氛圍，不用出門就可以欣賞到洱海和蒼山的美景，院子裏有泳池，還有專門拍照打卡的鋼琴，酒店還能幫忙拍照，真的太舒服啦

設施：基本拉滿了，很多電動設施都是可以正常使用的。入住期間花灑有點問題也是第一時間解決了。
衞生：挺乾淨的，沒話説～廁所也沒有異味，陽台的桌椅也沒灰塵，每天都是打掃的
環境：景觀真的不錯，落地窗，大陽台都可圈可點。別墅裝修的也很好
服務：小哥都很用心，微信有問題都秒回～水吧飲料無限暢飲～反正很好就對了

這家酒店真的超出預期！必須好好誇誇～
首先服務太加分了，從下車就有工作人員主動幫忙提行李，全程態度熱情又周到。入住時發現我們帶了小孩，還特意送了小玩具，孩子開心得不行，這點真的特別暖心。
房間空間比想象中寬敞，裝修風格簡約又不失格調，關鍵是細節做得特別好——床頭有USB充電口，衣櫃裏配了熨衣板，連浴室的防滑墊都軟軟的很舒服。晚上睡覺特別安靜，床墊和枕頭的舒適度剛剛好，一覺睡到天亮。
餐飲也很驚喜，除了早餐種類多，晚餐的中西式簡餐味道也超讚，價格還很合理，不想出門的時候在酒店解決太方便了。
位置也很絕，離地鐵站步行衹要五分鐘，周邊超市、餐館一應俱全，無論是出差還是旅遊都特別合適。
已經把這家列入我的「常住清單」了，下次來絕對還選這裏，強烈推薦給大家！
