房間很大，非常寬敞，設施可以，洗澡的地方離開馬桶了，位置較大，老闆人很友善，樓層可以自己選擇，樓面衞生搞得比較清潔。位置離開大理火車站不遠，酒店離主馬路要進去一些，電視沒看過，酒店價格實惠。

衞生間非常大，快抵得上一個房間了。設計得非常環保節約，洗澡水直接沖洗廁所，要是洗手枱的排水管也引入廁盆，那就更完美了。一座節水、環保、公益型民宿式酒店。
