Qianyu Seaview Resort Hotel

This was the perfect stay for my first day in Dali. The service is impeccable - I was greeted at the entrance to the building when I arrived and when I left, and I got a room upgrade because it was available. The staff is super nice, caring, always happy to answer questions and help with travel plans. The view is just as shown in the pictures and better- I lived in waking up to the sunset and watching the sunrise at night. I also enjoyed a bubble bath in the large tub in the room while watching TV. Another thing I’ll call out is the fancy shower which was unexpected.

We communicate through WeChat with the host prior to the stay and he kindly kindly helped to arrange a pick up from the railway station upon our arrival. He then waited to welcomed us at the drop-off point and assisted with our luggages. We were grateful that we got a free upgrade and upon entering the room, we were blown away by the scenic view of erhai lake! Even though the room is located in a condo apartment area, we had no problems putting a pin on the location when booking didi or meituan. The bathroom/toilet amenities were one of the best that we’ve enjoyed throughout the trip as it not only comes with a huge bathtub (which was more than enough for 2 adults to enjoy together), but it also has modern furnishings such as automated bidet, massage spa shower, towel dryer rack and also disposables toiletries and towels 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The Qianyu Sea Resort Hotel has beautiful views of the Erhai lake and the city surrounding it! The room was comfortable and clean and the bathtub and balcony was the best part of the hotel. The location is not great, in terms of things to do within walking distance and going anywhere requires a taxi unfortunately. That being said, the hotel is situated between Dali Ancient city and Shuanglang, so that is a plus, if you want to visit both, but not stay in either place. The staff was helpful and friendly and if you want a relaxing place to stay, it's a good choice for sure!

I highly recommended QianYu Seaview hotel if you are visiting Dali especially on the east side of Dali. Hotel located in the prefect location in Dali town, ＜10 mins away from Dali train station. Our room is facing the sea. So we literally woke up with sea view right in front of you. Room is very spacious with big bathrooms with bathtubs and smart bidets. Bed is big and comfortable. Our room has a side bed right beside the big window, so we enjoyed staying on the bed to watch the sunrise and sunset. Staffs are very friendly and recommend us a lot of places to eat and visit. He also recommended us driver with reasonable price as it’s inconvenience to visit those attractions on ErHai East. He even arranged transport for us to Dali train Station. I would definitely give 6 stars instead of 5 stars if permitted!
