+符合價位的房間、服務和早餐，班尼迪克略顯敷衍，其他都好，好於很多萬豪和希爾頓
-智能馬桶蓋持續運行有噪音影響睡眠不知道如何關閉，最後衹能拔掉電源

房間很乾凈明亮原木色，而且酒店新，跟另一個五星比，新的不是一點半點，設施衞生床品都更好更舒服！沒有住民宿就是想體驗乾淨和服務好。
也能看到洱海，我認為很一線，在市中心去哪兒都方便。

來到大理入住俊發鉑爾曼酒店感覺非常滿意，房間寬敞明亮坐在窗前的景色很美，每天清晨打開窗簾就能看到美麗的洱海，心情也非常爽快，房間衞生也非常乾淨，佈局也比較舒服，早餐也很豐富，中西餐都有，還有很多地方特色，口味不錯，來大理住鉑爾曼酒店是非常好的選擇
