First of all, the service quality is incredibly low. Instead of showing the required enthusiasm and professionalism, the waiters gave the impression of being careless and even disrespectful to the guests. What is even more unacceptable to me is that one of the waiters (I tried to remain objective, but it was difficult to ignore his indecent behavior) actually openly picked his feet on the guest sofa. This extremely unhygienic behavior seriously violated the standards of the service industry. The basic standards also made me seriously question the overall hygiene of the inn. Secondly, the room environment is equally worrying. The room I stayed in had a strong smell of smoke and had obviously not been cleaned and ventilated effectively after the previous guest left. As a traveler who has basic requirements for accommodation, this environment was intolerable to me, so I canceled the order. Furthermore, the inn's business process also appears extremely confusing. I frequently receive phone calls urging me to make sure I have arrived at the store. This unnecessary interruption bothers me very much. When I finally arrived at the inn, instead of saying "Welcome" to express basic welcome and respect, the waiter directly spoke to me in a blunt and impolite way like "Hey, where have you been?" The service attitude is really unacceptable. But when I decided to cancel the order, the waiter's attitude was, "Why don't you give it a try?" ? ? I really can't understand why such a store can list prices of more than 290 to 500 on the platform. Whether it is services or hardware facilities, they are not worth the price. What's even more exaggerated is the attitude of the waiter. Is it ***? You can drink wine, eat takeout, and receive guests at the front desk. When the waiter saw us arriving at the store, he did not receive us immediately, but continued to chat with us! ! ! Our whole family looked at him in silence for a minute. What are you doing! Simply outrageous! There is a strong smell of cigarette smoke in a room over 500 yuan, and the water stains in the toilet are almost covered with slurry. Is it necessary to raise stalactites? The core attractions are just outside. 2. Boai Gate, South City Gate, Wuhua Tower, Dali Museum, Confucian Temple, Mosque, Martial Temple, Jiang Gong Temple, and Yu'er Garden are all within 500 meters and can be reached in more than ten minutes on foot. 3. There are two delicious mushroom hot pot restaurants on Boai Road, and there is also a private kitchen behind the homestay. 4. The room is clean and hygienic. The homestay has only 11 guest rooms, with few tourists and very quiet. 5. You can see the stars, the moon, the sun, the Erhai Lake, the Cangshan Mountain, and the ancient city on the rooftop of the homestay. 6. The proprietress is young and beautiful, generous and well-spoken. The most important thing is that the breakfast prepared in the store is very rich. You can eat two bowls of rice noodles every day, which is better than the rice noodle shops in the ancient city. 7. The store can provide paid pick-up and drop-off services, saving the time and confusion of arranging taxis. 8. I stayed in the store for 6 consecutive days, which was so comfortable.
