I was unexpectedly satisfied. Facilities: The overall facilities of the hotel are very new and powerful. The washbasin is very spacious, 🚿 soft and comfortable Hygiene: Very clean, children can run barefoot without getting their feet dirty. Environment: The designer's handwriting, every angle is visually beautiful, and it also incorporates many armor elements. The photos are also very photogenic and advanced; afternoon tea and breakfast are enjoyed with the scenery outside the window, which is great. Service: It is worth mentioning that we took the initiative to contact and understand before checking in. Knowing that we are bringing children to stay, we specially upgraded a large room type. There are slippers for children in the room, washbasin, and even toiletries are branded. The children like it very much and ask to brush their teeth, wash their faces, and wipe the fragrance 😂.

The hotel not only has a perfect design, but also has extremely careful hardware configuration: Hansgrohe's rain shower brings a mountain spring-like bathing experience, Duravit's toilet has a warm touch, Dyson's hair dryer is light and caring, and the rich fragrance of the Acqua di Parma washing and care set... Every detail makes people feel that "even washing has become an artistic ritual." White Balance Hotel is not just a place to stay, but also a spiritual container that slows down time. Here, we sit opposite Cangshan Mountain, listen to the whispers of Erhai Lake, and feel the designer's awe of nature and cultural heritage. I didn't take a photo of the room because our room was a bit messy after adding a bed. But the design is very modern and a bit homely. Breakfast is egg noodles, preserved egg porridge, fruit and homemade bread 🥖, which is delicious. There is also stew in the evening. The combination is very beautiful and nutritionally balanced. Let's talk about the service. The service is great. Every service staff is smiling!

The hotel is very close to the ancient city, about ten minutes away. The hotel has a sense of design, the rooms are clean and well-equipped, the staff are very enthusiastic, and they greet people with a smile when entering and leaving. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I will choose here again next time I come!

There should be more people booking rooms. This is completely my personal opinion, because I went in the off-season~
