Cloud House

I stayed here for three nights and it was the most satisfying hotel I stayed in during my half-month trip to Erhai Lake. Good location, good scenery, good decoration style, good facilities, especially the Marshall speakers in the room. The housekeeper Xiaozhi's service is considerate, enthusiastic and thoughtful, and the hotel management deserves recognition. There is a rich breakfast, afternoon tea, and a midnight snack of Tremella and red dates provided in a warmer and delivered to the room. I will come again and recommend it to a friend.

The biggest surprise of this trip was that I booked a good B&B blindly. No matter from the hygiene environment or the service, it was really impeccable. First of all, let’s talk about the first impression. The staff called us one day in advance to ask about our arrival time and picked us up on time the next day. We didn’t have to carry our luggage by ourselves. The second surprise was the moment we arrived at the B&B. The environment of the public area was really beautiful. We were given Tremella soup after walking back in the evening. The third surprise was that the food was delicious. All three of the dishes we ordered tasted better than the ones we had before. The last surprise was that the high-speed train was at 7 o’clock in the morning on the last day. The staff sent us to the boarding point at 5 o’clock and prepared a breakfast for us to take away. A good B&B can make the trip better. I will come again in the future. It is really better than the service experience of the five-star hotel I have stayed in. I have recommended it to my friends.
