Very good location and clean. Located not so far from the South Gate of Dali Ancient Town. Staff is helpful where they give us the ground floor room so that we don’t have to carry the luggages up. There is a self service washing machine and dryer available. Pleasant staying experience

Location is 5 min drive to the ancient town. Recommended as opposite is erhai. Good view and breakfast is very nice! The staffs are friendly and helpful

Service is excellent. However, chairs and sofa in room are stained. Toilet is wet most times. No wet and dry area. No shower curtains/partition. Hairs from previous guests here and there. Cleaning could be more throughout. Overall, good but will not recommend.

Superb location. Spacious comfortable room. Helpful staff. Best of all, free self laundry - a much needed amenities as we're travelling long haul. Highly recommended!

Toilet has a musky and mouldy smell. Had to hold my breath everytime I walk in. Water temperature constantly goes hot and cold. Can't take a proper shower. This is the first hotel I have been to that never make the beds at all. Wonder if any house keeping has been done at all. Told the employee I was checking out but instead of helping us with the luggage as our room was on the 3rd floor, he just sat at the counter and used his phone. Had to lug so many luggage up and down the stairs and there is no lift. No help given with our luggage to the main road as the roads were difficult and troublesome to lug our luggage across. Terrible room and smelly toilet. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all!!!!
