very glad to have chosen this hotel in Dali, right smacked at the popular Panxi S Bay. the hotel staff are all very kind and helpful as well. we had an early train ride to catch and they prepared breakfast in advance for us. thank you for the great experience!

Love the scenery over there .. you don’t have to worry to rental of bike , there is a lot over there e-bike and normal bicycle. Rental of traditional clothes also available near by hotel . They also provide me breakfast . Hotel couple very nice to help us book everything ..

入住一次就會知道娜裏作為老牌優秀民宿的原因，首先是服務非常周到，店家會提前溝通幫忙預留停車位，民宿的員工都十分親切給人一種老朋友的感覺。房間裝潢簡約大氣有質感，床品也很舒服，露台海景無敵美麗，周邊吃飯的地方很多，如果不是時間不充裕，真想在這家店多住幾天發呆打發時光。

這家酒店很令我驚喜，風景是驚喜，服務體驗是驚喜，就是我來大理前刷到這個S灣，直接入住在這裏可以把幻想搬進現實，早上的時候早起坐陽台看日出，無事時看看洱海發發呆，傍晚時步行在生態廊道上吹吹海風看看晚霞，很是愜意，門店小夥伴真的很體貼，幫忙拿行李一進一出都是笑臉盈盈直到我們上車離開S灣，落了一件小東西也是第一時間聯繫我們，房間設施維護的很新用具也是很高端齊全，睡得很舒適，是一個美好的體驗

聽我勸，別提前定！他家不免費取消，而且價格死貴，就算國慶加價也能理解，但是真的不值，好的酒店太多了，這家性價比真的非常低！同樣的價格可以定更好的，而且你衹要買了，想退，沒門！協商也沒門，主打一個逮到你就是你！晚上23.30定的房間，訂完睡覺了，第二天早上八九點起床下雨於是要取消旅遊計劃，結果商家死活不退，因為連續定了兩晚在同一個訂單，兩晚3600死活不退，呵呵，國慶不是房間緊缺嗎？為什麼不退呢，大家自己想吧！我想想也是搞笑，想着算了冒着雨去了，我説住一晚，退第二晚，也不退，就是死活你得在那玩兩天唄，下雨，景色不好，假期就那麼幾天，三千多不是錢啊？還説什麼退了對他們造成損失，意思衹要消費者不去你家消費都是對你造成損失唄！消費者的合法權益呢？買賣自由不知道嗎？提前買了，提前退有用了你們一滴水還是啥，從買到提出退就9小時，不給退，嘿，逮着一個是一個，大理我每年至少去玩10次，各種海景酒店都住下來，你家就是最差的一家，不接受反駁！非要説優點説兩點吧，一在s灣網紅酒店旁邊，但是這種景色到處都是，雖然你們努力用服務彌補，但是基本沒用哈，我們的假期寶貴不可能在那裡浪費兩天！你們的房子很好，那為什麼不退了賣給其他需要的人，是不是衹有我這種冤大頭會買吧！我退了你根本賣不出去。圖一是他們的賣家秀，圖二是買家秀實物！毫無美感可言，圖片完全是找角度拍的房間很大很好的樣子！我就是被圖片騙下單的，實際衞生間的地板我都踩不進，洗臉和上廁所的地方，坐馬桶上，可以把腳放洗手枱，這距離你們懂吧？這次入住已經不是錢的事情了，影響了我本次出行的心情，非常的糟糕👎

首先必須要説，位置真的很棒，九品的大玻璃可以躺着看洱海的日出、月升，天氣好的話，夜深人靜時可以在露台上看星星！如果是懶得出門衹想悠閑看風景的，娜裏絕對是上佳選擇。從訂房到入住，期間一直都耐心解答我的各種疑問，到達和退房也都幫忙搬行李，熱心介紹房間設施，對於早餐提出的一些諸如牛奶換燕麥奶和麪包換曲奇這些小要求也都一一滿足，晚上還有送甜品，贈的下午茶裏面蛋糕很好吃！如果在房間待着無聊，可以坐在樓下咖啡店，望着洱海吹着風，看着熙熙攘攘的遊客，真的很適合發呆了～九品要是多一個高一點的茶几就好了，以及需要注意的是晚上店裡開大燈會有蟲
