Service and staff was wonderful! Any questions on WeChat and they were quick to answer. The room was spacious and quiet, really clean but when turning on the bubbles in the bubble bath we found some hairs, so perhaps they can pay attention to that. The breakfast was super fresh and tasty. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at the ShanHaiYiShu Sea View House. It's a nice hotel. In particular the service was excellent. The staff were all very kind and thoughtful. They brought us fruit, warm milk before bedtime (!), let us use their laundry facilities and reminded us that our laundry was done, provided us with "afternoon tea" late at night, gave us extra portions of breakfast, and overall were attentive and kind. The room itself was comfortable, clean, had nice things in it such as drinks and good quality tea, nice tooth brushes and tooth paste (that we didn't use but still, were nice); the room was quiet and dark at night, had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains, and overall was a semi-luxurious. We'd stay there again, though maybe only if we had a car since the hotel was a bit far from the places we ended up visiting (i.e. the west side).

The hotel I stayed in this time was really amazing! The room was spacious and bright, and you could see Erhai Lake from the room. The rooftop had a wide view. The hotel facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the details were well done. The staff was enthusiastic and helped recommend nearby attractions and restaurants. The experience was perfect. The location was also very convenient. The price-performance ratio was super high. I will definitely stay here next time!
