酒店位於玉幾島核心區，臨海而居，真正的海景房，窗外就是碧海藍天，浪漫至極。停車場到酒店也就十分鐘。房間佈置滿是藝術感，奶油色系搭配簡約設計，布草柔軟親膚，床品舒服到不想起床，連洗漱用品都質感在線，衞生乾淨得無可挑剔。
必須誇爆管家式服務！下訂單後就有專屬管家拉羣，提前告知入住須知、推薦本地美食景點，甚至會主動接送來回，全程微笑服務超暖心，比很多五星酒店更顯真誠。每天的早餐豐富又精緻，中西式任選，配着海景慢慢吃幸福感爆棚；下午的海景下午茶更是點睛之筆，精緻甜點配着洱海波光，氛圍感直接拉滿。晚上還有歡迎水果和晚安甜湯，細節裏全是温柔。

酒店服務非常熱情，前台效率很高。才到酒店，小哥帶我們到房間，辛苦啦!環境舒適，房間也很整潔早上的早餐非常事盛，景色更是讓人驚艷不已，非常出片。贈的攝影照片也非常精美，也沒有強制消費。退房的時候帶行李箱下去，看見馬上上前幫提…住過無數酒店，哪怕是澳門的麗思卡爾頓都沒有這樣周到的服務和温暖，實話説光是為了來阿凱緹婭都值得再來一次大理下次一定再來!
