The hotel is in great location and the room has great view with a very comfortable bathroom layout (very spacious). The only thing is that the staff at check in and check out took our money. We booked 3 rooms in total and we paid in full at check in. Despite payment with credit card, the staff asked each of us to pay extra RMN1000 per room as a deposit in cash. At check out, no damage was found and they returned our deposit but all the 3 rooms only got RMB900 back. The staff could not speak English and even we could speak a little Chinese, the communication and the explanation is not understandable why we were deducted RMB100 per room total of RMB300 on top of the full payment. Other hotels will just block the credit card as deposit which is standard but when I asked if they can just use credit card that we paid to block the deposit, they said it could not be done. Moreover, when we paid RMB3000 deposit for 3 rooms, we counted RMB100 x30 to the staff. The staff took the money to another location saying they had to use the machine to count, then she came back saying there was only RMB2900. I guess she also took another RMB100 from the cash deposit. (Check in time was on April 10 at 10.30pm and check out time was on April 12 at 9.40am)

The sea view is average, 60% of the sea view is blocked by the public terrace. The breakfast is really poor, but the Western restaurant on the third floor of the hotel is worth recommending, it is more affordable. The steak I ordered for more than 90 yuan was not very delicious, but other products were OK and the portion was large.

Although the surrounding parking spaces are limited, the hotel still tries its best to meet our parking needs, so that we don't need to worry about parking problems. I have been serviced by Pullman Hotel in Dali for 2 nights. I am very impressed by the service of the staff, especially Mr. Edison. On the day I arrived, my luggage was broken. He was able to advise me where I could buy a new one, and he also took care of my luggage and brought it to my room when the room was ready. He always informed me and took good care of me. The other staffs were also very helpful. They are able to communicate with me well, and provided other services, such as breakfast, called a taxi to my destination, opened and shut the car's door for me. It showed a lot of care. I was very impressed. If I come to visit here again, I will definitely choose Pullman Hotel.

Our room is cosy and has a balcony that faces the lake and able to see the sun rise in autumn. The hotel has great photography setting for Instagram post. Breakfast is ok but staff is friendly and helpful that makes up for it.

The room looked great and was very comfortable. The location is near the ancient city. There are any places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful. The tea they provide is also high quality. The only issue I have is with the TV. The box has a large selection of movies and TV series a la Netflix,however if you want to watch regular live TV , the box says that you have to pay. Note that the hotel is located in an alley off Yeyu Road and at first was hard to find.

This hostel location is in old town but not noisy, convenient for shopping, dining and cafe. Beautiful and comfortable space, just too hot at daytime if u stay in the room, even though u turned on all the air conditioning.

The hotel staff was amazing and helpful! We even got to meet the owners and they were very welcoming. The beds, etc were clean and comfortable. They also have a place to do your own laundry, which was great!! They have beer and proper coffee ! My only complaint was that they need to change the photos on ctrip because there is no gym or pool table anymore. However, chillest and most comfortable place I’ve stayed at in awhile. I’ll definitely stay here again.
