The hotel looks very nice and is in a perfect condition, the staff were very helpful and the manager helped my girlfriend to prepare a gift for our anniversary - this was much appreciated!! Whilst we enjoyed our stay very much we had one issue during our stay at this hotel - for the first 3 nights they did not allow the air conditioning to be turned on, this meant our room was very hot as our stay was at the start of June and temperature is hot in Dalian, this disrupted our sleep a little. The air conditioning was turned on for our last 2 days which was a relief. Overall would recommend this place for anyone visiting Dalian.

It is difficult to review this hotel without talking about the pros and the cons of the location. As a beach resort the location, it is still struggling to recover from the Covid lull and many of the attractions are being refurbished this year in preparation for a hopeful end of season, but more realistically 2024. The landscape is beautiful and worth the visit and the hotel itself was clean, professional, excellently staffed and a joy to stay at. The food was above average and we particularly enjoyed the breakfasts. I would stay here again if I wanted some quiet time to relax on my own, or if I had a family that needed lots of differnet activities to keep the little ones happy.

The wonderful vacation has begun. Our family of four took advantage of the vacation to go out and relax. First of all, I have to praise the hotel my husband chose. It is really good. It is located in the bustling area in the city center and it is very convenient to go anywhere! The environment is also amazing. My daughter said as soon as she entered the room, ”Mom, let's live here from now on. This room is so warm. This big bed is more comfortable than our bed🛏️. And this big TV is like being in a movie theater. I like it so much😍 My son saw there was a free freshly ground coffee bar downstairs and he had to make a cup, so he ran to grind the coffee himself😄 The staff came over after hearing the sound, helped my son grind the coffee and patiently taught him how to grind and mix the coffee. The service was so enthusiastic. Look at my son's posture of drinking coffee. Doesn't he look like a domineering president😄 My son who loves fitness will never miss every opportunity to exercise😛 The gym is so decent, the fitness equipment is awesome🥰 Even the breakfast is nutritionally balanced and rich! Every employee is very considerate and smiling. The environment is warm and upscale, and the service is enthusiastic and meticulous, making our family really feel like we are at home!

Should you be given a solution? It can be good for customers to wait a while. It can't be solved for a long time. I have to have a sense of service. I can't compensate you for a breakfast. Overall, I don't know how to get on the star. Finally, it was not good until after 10 am the next day. The hotel pipeline hardware was aging, and it was possible that it was not maintained at ordinary times, and the service awareness was weak.

It is close to Laohutan, Bangchui Island, and Venice Water City. You can also have a chance to see fireworks at the end of the year. The hotel room is not expensive, the price is fair, and the cost performance is high. Living here, you can definitely feel the value for money. The room is clean, the bathing facilities are complete, the air conditioning temperature is suitable, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and lying on it feels like home. The service of the hotel is worth praising, warm and thoughtful, polite and considerate, and I will stay here next time.

Hotel location is quite good, just live here can go to the Ocean Park, there is a fisherman's pier, close to the stone trough Forest Zoo, the service is not bad, everything is smooth, I am the subway, call the staff carefully guide, and specifically ask if you have no luggage. No need to go to the subway station to pick up the weather. I feel the cold and warm. The room is very quiet at night. There is also a bathtub. If you are tired, you can soak. You can bring a bath bag. It is more convenient. The toilet is quite interesting. TOTO is that you have to flush the water. You need to hold it until the water is flushed. Go to loosen haha, there is a clear contrast with the fast-paced society now. It is really that you need to give it time. It is like we have a bad mood. You need to solve it yourself.
