非常不滿意，熱水衹能用幾5、6分鐘就沒了，下一個人洗得等淋浴器燒水，大概需等半小小時，房間破舊，破損的地方用膠帶紙貼了一下，淋浴房衹有一個平方左右，洗澡轉個身有點難，淋浴房花灑噴頭掛勾已經壞，不能正常使用，房間一股怪味很難聞，淋浴器燒了一晚上到早晨9點水温還是不夠。不知道攜程怎麼會上這麼差的酒店，價格500多一晚。

省流終結版：我是老帶小的家庭遊，第一次去大連，這家是較差的住宿體驗，衞浴設備陳舊損壞多，房間蚊子多，無晾衣繩，不推薦 （我是6月底定的，200多一晚，衹比普通連鎖酒店略便宜）
先説優點：離星海廣場確實比較近，走路10來分鐘可以到音樂噴泉和星海灣海濱浴場；
缺點：
1、公寓設備陳舊，維護不及時，我們住的房間洗手間排氣扇是壞的；
2、聯繫老闆，給換了一間低樓層的房間，結果等我們晚上回來入住時發現電熱水器是壞的，一次衹能洗10分鐘，頭髮剛洗完就是涼水，令人崩潰；
3、房間裏衹有一個衣架，而且沒有任何晾衣桿或者晾衣繩，對從海邊回來的遊客很不友好，因為試衣服無處安放；
4、低樓層房間蚊子特別多，而且沒有任何紗窗；

房間非常乾淨整潔，有沙發，電視，空調，大床，保潔阿姨和老闆都非常親民，最主要還能帶小寵物，但是要等寵物換完毛才行，不要把房間搞臟。離星海廣場走路十五分鐘，星海公園開車十分鐘之內，付家村海邊和森林動物園，金沙灘銀沙灘都是十五分鐘左右，交通便利，還可以喂海鷗，連住六晚，真是太爽了。
