房間乾淨整潔，離星海廣場走路衹需7分鐘左右的路程，在房間就能看到星海廣場的夜景，服務熱情周到。酒店附近有喜家德和李先生連鎖餐廳，味道非常好！

房間設施確實比較老舊，水龍頭都是冷熱水兩個龍頭，傢俱也比較老舊，但是位置特別好，離星海廣場很近，只有900多米，離大連商場也只有十幾分鍾車程，停車也很方便，早餐也不錯。
窗外風景也很漂亮，只是距離馬路太近，有點吵，睡覺輕的人可能會不舒服。
