很滿意！
首先房間很乾凈，很温暖，設備很全面！網絡隔音都很好！位置也很好找！
其次，由於我個人原因，在居住期間突然痛經很嚴重，身體痛到動不了的程度，幸虧老闆-張姐人美心善，樂於助人，聽到我的情況後二話不説，立刻來照顧我，幫我買葯餵我吃葯，蓋被子，給我熬紅糖姜水，一直照顧我，直到我緩過來了沒有問題了才離開，非常感謝張姐！感謝大連國泰春秋！
贈人玫瑰，手有餘香！相信有這樣人美心善，有人情味兒的老闆，生意一定會越來越火熱！

酒店地處繁華地帶，出行非常方便，旁邊50米就是地鐵站，房間乾淨寬敞明亮，睡得舒服，要特別感謝（前台）小張的熱情接待和幫助，到達時間是中午前，她幫我把行李寄存好，推薦出遊路線，讓我放心遊玩，什麼時候回來都行，第二天我出發前又幫我寄存好行李，由於我下午的高鐵時間緊，回酒店前聯繫小張請她把行李拿到樓下在酒店大堂等我，小張一一辦到，急人所急，非常給力！體驗十分美好，必須是五星！

太差了！真臟！大樓的環境還可以，室內太差！特別是睡的是東北大炕！薄薄的褥子黑乎乎不知睡了多久，被子血漬污漬….太噁心🤢🤮！ 牆上貼一塊塊牆紙、洗手枱也貼的牆紙、破舊不堪的傢俱，從沒住過這麼破的民宿！

房子位於地鐵2號線友好廣場站100米，出行，吃飯採購非常方便，步行至中山廣場5分鐘，周圍老建築較多。意外的是，這麼便宜的兩居室竟然是海景房…見圖二，夜裡睡覺也很安靜，走的時候老闆推薦的市場買了很多特產。依依不捨
