The air conditioner didn't work very well. It was very broken. When I first reacted, it couldn't be repaired and the sound stopped working. Later, I strongly requested to change rooms and I called the store manager but he didn't answer the phone. Later, I couldn't bear to change the room on my own initiative because I couldn't bear it anymore. No wonder the rating is low, I won’t come again

電腦可以，其他都不行。首先空調是壞的，差點沒給我凍死，大冬天開暖風也衹吹冷風，我開了三晚，第一晚差點沒給我凍死，後來工作人員拿來了暖風機，第二天早上才緩過來，完事第二天中午我剛補覺睡着就來敲我門，問我續不續房，咱就説按金都在那，走的時候該結都會結完，要挨個敲門問嗎？結果好不容易又眯睡著了過一會又來了，説什麼系統的問題沖突了還是啥玩意問我可不可以換個房，我自己帶一堆洗漱的，換不了一點，你們的問題你們自己解決，找顧客解決什麼？？？睡眠質量不好的可千萬別去，我這被折騰兩次一會醒一會睡，第三天晚上睡個覺吧，隔音差的要命，牆和紙糊的似的，隔壁説個話報點喊一晚上，第二天早上才消停，不住了直接回家。然後廁所吧衹有兩條浴巾，我洗個臉擦臉費勁吧啦拿那麼大塊浴巾擦臉，也沒有刮鬍刀，衹有兩個牙刷，啥玩意酒店啊，300多一晚，基礎設施差，服務也差，第一次住這麼讓我痛苦的地兒，要不是有需求，不然真第一晚就連夜跑路了
