Spa Hotels in Dalian

The hotel is very nice centrally located and huge room size. The shower pressure are high and very good. Will come back to this hotel if go to dalian. Special mention to Eric Sun at Concierge. Very helpful. He is very attentive. I left my stuff at the room after check out and he personally help me to get my stuff back.

It is difficult to review this hotel without talking about the pros and the cons of the location. As a beach resort the location, it is still struggling to recover from the Covid lull and many of the attractions are being refurbished this year in preparation for a hopeful end of season, but more realistically 2024. The landscape is beautiful and worth the visit and the hotel itself was clean, professional, excellently staffed and a joy to stay at. The food was above average and we particularly enjoyed the breakfasts. I would stay here again if I wanted some quiet time to relax on my own, or if I had a family that needed lots of differnet activities to keep the little ones happy.

The Architecture is like European Style, amazing interior and exterior design, Luxury stay, one of the best hotel breakfasts in China for foreigners with huge variety. The list of things to enjoy are endless 👏but a bite too expensive, and for a hotel of this price there should be definitely a free mini bar and some free stuff in the room. Great sea and city view from the room.

My family and I were amazed at this hotel! Since we were in Dalian in the dead of winter, I booked a hotel that my family (wife and 4 year old boy) would want to spend hours inside. This was just that! We booked the family room and when we came in, it was already setup with the special lights on full display! The gym was better than my local one that I overpay in, the pool was remarkable, and the food looked incredible. The only reason we didn't eat dinner was because we had local friends that took us to local restaurants. The location was terrific, right next to it were a bunch of delicious local Japanese restaurants. Absolutely book this hotel and if you're with a family book the family room! I want to give a special thanks to Bob 王旭 for going out of his way to make our stay even more special!

Holiday Inn Dalian hotspring is very nice. The staff is very helpful, specially Derek. He made our stay very comfortable and helped us with every detail. We booked a villa, the room was very tidy. The hotel also provided a crib for our baby. You can have access to all the pools and the kids area is also very nice. We are planning to come back again in winter.

What a wonderful place. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The pool was a nice size (my kids love swimming) and the gym wasn't too badly equipped. The family room was awesome. The kids beds where a little bit hard but not the worst. There is a McDonald's and Burger King close by and you are not too far from Russian Street. The only thing they don't have is free parking. All and all very satisfied. We will definitely use them in the future.

The room is very cozy, and the floor-to-ceiling glass in the living room faces the cross-sea bridge and the central park, with a pleasant view. There are many large plush toys in each bedroom, and there is also a children's activity space, a puzzle table and a small tent in the living room. The children like it very much and are very happy. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and considerate, and they gave a fruit plate and three-day breakfast for free when they checked in. The whole family had a very pleasant experience and said they would come again next year if they had the chance.

The May Day holiday was particularly chaotic. I don't accept the argument that there were too many people and the operation capacity was insufficient. We paid a higher room rate than usual, but the service was still inadequate. Why should we consumers tolerate and understand the argument that there were too many people and the service was inadequate? First of all, the hotel is upgrading the fountain pool. During the May Day holiday, the noise was unbearable. It was the sound of foundation work, which was very loud. They started working on the foundation at 8 a.m. and made all kinds of heavy noises, which was very annoying. Let's not talk about whether they can create noise problems during the May Day holiday. The hotel collected money, but didn't consider the customers at all. They didn't inform us of the noise problem before we checked in. It was so annoying. There was a rhythmic heavy noise...all kinds of welding and sawing sounds, which ruined our good vacation. We called the front desk and solved it on the first day. It was probably 5 p.m. at that time, so we didn't do it. We started working on it at 8 a.m. the next day and asked the hotel to make adjustments. The hotel didn't care. There was still noise. We changed rooms and asked them to move to a room far away from the noise. When we got to the room, we found that it was closer to the noise source, just upstairs from the construction site, and the noise was even louder. Later we changed to another room, and finally we couldn't hear it anymore. But the customers in the entire building No. 2 were still enduring the noise. The hotel cooperated with the arrival of the Dalian tourist season in this way, and sent a message to outsiders. Local customers should avoid thunder~ Secondly, there are no children's toiletries and bathrobes in the whole hotel. When asked by the front desk, there are only slippers. They said that our room is for three adults. We booked a courtyard family room. No matter what room it is, does it have anything to do with my need for children's toiletries? Later, the front desk said impatiently that there are no children's toiletries, only slippers. The courtyard family room has no refrigerator. Later, a very dirty one was moved in. There are only two patio umbrellas, which are random. Hehehe, the hotel also has no tea bags, coffee bags, etc. There are no mugs. The mouthwash cup is wet when you check in, not dry. I don't know if it has not been changed at all. The hand soap is also not packaged. It has not been changed at all. Later, the room we changed to, the soap has plastic packaging, and the nozzle cannot be adjusted... It is very inconvenient to use~ Secondly, we changed to room 1506... There are no towels and hand towels~ The children's playground charges an additional 30 yuan. There are very few things. There is no takeaway food around the hotel. You can only eat at the hotel. It is very inconvenient. I know the attitude of the hotel. The noise problem. I contacted Ctrip the next day. Ctrip said that the hotel could not give us a discount for booking (the child did not leave and had to stay for one day). But Ctrip refunded us 390 in cash and apologized. The hotel did not apologize at all. By the way, the hotel said that they would apply for a price of 800 for renewal. Then I went to the official website and saw that it was only 798. It's a big deal that you applied for 800. Everyone on the official website buys 798. It shows the quality of the hotel staff and their attitude towards guests. If I were a foreign tourist, Dalian would be blacklisted.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is clean and tidy. The room is large, the lighting floors are good, and the service is timely. The hotel environment is very good and the location is excellent. It is about half an hour away from the airport. I checked in late on the first day. The front desk who checked in was attentive and thoughtful. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. I felt like I was at home. The next morning, I had breakfast on the third floor. The restaurant environment was elegant and the breakfast variety was rich. There were dessert areas and various drinks. On the second day, I enjoyed the big scrubbing in the hot spring area in the Northeast. It was really different. The scrubbing master was warm and thoughtful. He was as enthusiastic as the service of the Northeast people. The scrubbing was very serious and clean. Then I brought my family to the steaming square, drank tea, and rested for a while. I went to Jinshitan in the afternoon. It is not far from Jinshitan. It takes about 20 minutes to drive. The room price here is much cheaper than the hotel in Jinshitan, which is very cost-effective. I was tired at night and returned to the hotel to eat the set meal in the restaurant on the 3rd floor. The set meal here is very friendly, the price is not high, the quantity is quite large, and I am very full. I will stay in Dalian Karen Hot Spring Hotel again in the future, and continue to be beautiful~
