Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Dallas

I liked the location of this hotel, right off a main highway so it was very convenient. Also the staff was nice and the continental breakfast was decent. I couldn’t connect to the internet and had to call their 800 number, but they fixed the issue. My only complaints were that: the walls were thin, including the ceiling wall, you could hear every footstep; the bathroom lights were super bright but the rest of the room lights were super dim so morning grooming was tricky; and the shower floor was pretty slanted and the drain was very… unusual. But it was very affordable so all in all I’d recommend this place

There was an issue with the key card for our original room so we had to switch rooms but the service was excellent and the room was clean and cozy.

Breakfast 0k, the extra bed is not known, it is convenient for children, the hotel is conveniently located near Wal-Mart, the parking lot is free

Good hotel, close to important points, there are some homeless people in the area, however the hotel manages this situation well. The elevator is a bit old, but in general the facilities are optimal. Perhaps the price is a bit high.

This price is similar to this service, the location is a bit biased, and the neighborhood is like an industrial area! The hotel has a simple breakfast!

I loved the hotel it’s in a construction zone right now but that’s okay but then I looked at my bank account and saw that even though I prepaid through the trip app I was charged 33.72 extra and I have been unable to get in contact with the manager of the hotel the front desk person couldn’t tell me why I was charged again. The elevator was also out and I was told it been out for a week and would probably be out for the rest of the week

Facilities: The facilities are very complete, no facilities are bad, and they are very new Hygiene: Health is in good condition Environment: The location is also good, extending in all directions Service: Service attitude is also good, basically there are problems in time to respond

Everything was great, the service and amenities. Very courteous to everyone and a lot of hospitality given here and there. The elevator shaky at times other than thought the place was pretty solid. Food wasn’t offered due to COVID but the food in the city is amazing and worth eating I’d recommend.

The location is close to the city center and is very convenient. When I arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., I was able to check in early. The room was new and very clean. The staff was good and the breakfast was above standard. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I come to Dallas.
