= We stayed at One Hotel because the flight company got us here at 22:00 hours, after our flight was canceled. = They checked us in with smiles and nice gestures, with good food prepared at 10 PM!! and the check-in procedures were like 2 minutes! = The room is very clean and nice, the toilet disinfected and everything is like you would want from a 4 stars hotel; large balcony door and functional air conditioning. = Despite 2 hot nights (outside) is was a perfect temperature inside. = The hotel is like minutes away from the bus that gets you to Bergamo and Milano. = There are large parking lots, green gras spaces, tables with chairs outside, places in the sun and shadow. A commercial center is right across the street. = They even have a fitness room, very clean and quiet. = The people are nice and they know the english language. = It was very nice to see that you can get (in your room!) free bottles of water at any moment of day and night - nice thing when there are 30+ degrees outside! = And the nicest of all gestures from their side it was that after the check out (11:00) they let us stay in one of the conference rooms (did I mentioned they have 4 conference rooms :) ?) until evening because we had some online thing to do until going to the airport. = The free exceptional-working WIFi helped us greatly. = Next time in Bergamo WE WILL CHOOSE TO STAY HERE and we recomand it greately. . Thank you ONE HOTEL!

Ho deciso di soggiornare per 5 volte nel mese di gennaio in questa struttura la ritengo molto valida; il personale cordiale e professionale , camere silenziose e pulite! Sono rimasto stupito della cucina veramente buona !consiglio vivamente

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe von Leitner Reisen über den Jahreswechsel 24/25 im One Hotel in Dalmine. Es war alles bestens. Architektonisch und funktionell ist das Hotel hervorragend. Das Essen - besonders zu Silvester - war fantastisch. Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr bemüht, uns alles recht zu machen - das ist auch gelungen! Wir können guten Gewissens das Hotel empfehlen. Wider Erwarten war unser Zimmer (3. Stock) sehr sehr ruhig. Nchdem wir bei der Anfahrt nicht wußten, in welchem Hotel wir wohnen würden, waren wir sehr angenehm überrascht. Komfort und Service - einfach toll! Vielen Dank sagen Karla und Michael.

Zimmer sauber, Personal bemüht , aber bitte keine Kritik am Essen abgeben den dann wird einem das Besteck genommen und man bekommt aber Haupt nichts mehr! Unter aller Kanone, man soll als Vegetarier 1 Kilo zerlaufenen Käse essen und nichts dazu, kein Gemüse nichts nur Käse. Am Silvesterabend nur Kartoffelbrei als Hauptgericht irgendwo sind Grenzen.

Ho appena soggiornato in questa struttura insieme ad un viaggio di gruppo organizzato e devo dire che la struttura ha davvero un ottimo livello. Il personale è cordiale e preparato, la camera è pulita, ben tenuta e dotata di ogni comfort. Abbiamo usufruito della cena che era ottima, e della prima colazione che aveva una discreta offerta dolce e salata. È disponibile anche il bar per prendere un drink o un aperitivo. In più posizione comodissima per raggiungere velocemente il centro di Bergamo.

Sono Manuel e sono un accompagnatore turistico. Abbiamo passato una notte presso l’hotel One. Struttura nuova, moderna con tutti i comfort. Letto super comodo, bagno pulito, mini frigo in camera, tv e acqua in camera all’arrivo. Cena molto buona e sostanziosa. Colazione dolce e salata ottima. Personale preparato e disponibile. Che dire? Consiglio alla grande.

mi sono fermato qualche volta per pranzo di lavoro . Ho riscontrato qualita' e scelta e professionalita' del personale . Prezzo fisso da 20 euro e' assolutamente interessante . Hanno un bel menu' alla carta che penso di provare di sera . Hanno anche un bel dehor per aperitivi

Sono arrivato in camera, come da mia abitudine ispeziono il bagno ed ecco che trovo capelli nella doccia (io sono pelato), immediatamente lo faccio presente in reception, alla titolare della struttura, che invece di cambiarmi stanza, mette in dubbio le mie parole mandando su un inserviente ... che dice di non trovarli nonostante fossero lì in bella vista, sulla mezza pensione invece stendo un velo pietoso è meglio
