Having read the reviews, I can honestly say this is one of mine and my husband's favourite places. In fact, come the end of May 2025, we will be on our fourth visit!! I would describe Dalyan Resort Spa as rustic, and very charming with a serenity I have yet to find elsewhere. It is a resort built within natural, beautiful surroundings by a river. The tranquillity is soothing. So think of lazy days sitting reading a book or watching the boats go by. You can even take your fishing rod!! As far as the staff are concerned, I can honestly say, we have never experienced rude staff. Yes there is a bit of a language barrier but if anything the staff are keen to learn English. Has anybody tried speaking Turkish to the waiters?!?!? The rooms are always cleaned to a very high standard and again, the housekeepers are very friendly. The breakfast choice is limited, but you can always find something to eat. The locality of the Resort is ideal as it is only (depending on how fast you walk!!!) a 10 minute walk into town. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars (oh and ladies shops!!!). We have never visited anywhere abroad more than once, so to say that this will be our fourth time is testament to the management and staff. We have met a lot of lovely people who have visited the hotel many times over many years, some 2-3 times annually. I would say, judge for yourself. Roll on 25 May 25!!!! :) Tony and June McMain
