Disrottedgusting room tried to go next door but full room needs a redecoration badly and the pictures sho how bad it was this room should not have been let out I could have stayed in my shed and been.happier the pool and bar area nice the inner court yard was fine room we had rubbish also came home with a chest infection I assume it's off the old air con

looking at the reviews on here this hotel seems to be a hotel of two parts. Our room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in and the bed was tiny may be this accounts for the amount of singles here. There is no balcony to talk of just a couple of stools to sit on knee to knee certainly not anywhere to relax. We over looked the kitchen not a pleasent view , the room only had over the bed lights and these both worked on the same switch . So the mirror and dressing table is pointless as you cant see anything. The cleaning is certainley hit and miss , the rooms do not get cleaned every day unless you make a fuss , the manager /owner dissaperars for days on end. The breakfast is normal Turkish fare but 8.30 is very late for breakfast and also there are two hot dishes but these are not kept warm at all???? We found the hot water to be fine but lots of people complained, its good they provide a fridge and Air con , but that is where the good things end. The Staff are always visible which i find quite disconcerting most hotels you don't even see the cleaners etc. Also they help themseves to breakfast whilst hotel guests are serving themselves. This is certainley not 3 star and I must say I was very dissapointed with it , but we made the most of it and having a car meant we didnt have to spent more time than nesessary here. The whole place needs a revamp it gives off a decidedly seedy air.

Just returned after a weeks stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby area give a good first impression. Shown to our room which turned out to be a family room. For the 2 of us we had ample of room and enjoyed sitting at the table to play cards etc. Had two very small balcony's which you could soak up the last of the sun. Researched before coming and was aware that rooms are basic and not modern, this did not worry us and wasn't a shock when we arrived (yes the room is tired in places). Our main concern was having a place which was clean to sleep and shower. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels and beds made. Beds firm but actually very comfortable. Air-conditioning worked fine (we havern't developed any chest infections). Pool area and pool clean. Plenty of sunbeds. Calm music in the background. Beware of the little cats they love attention but are friendly. Breakfast was traditional Turkish. Fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, Cereal, bread, a hot dish with cheese spring rolls, tea, coffee and water. My husband had the chicken sandwich for lunch every day we were here which was good value (200 lira). Drinks by the pool inline with most bars. Turn right out the hotel and follow the road you will come to turtle roundabout which you can either go right or left to get to many restaurants. I feel we had good value for what we paid for this holiday.

Great hotel stayed here at least 5 times over the years. Great breakfast and hotel staff. Stayed in many hotels in Dalyan but this is my favourite! Basic but very traditional Manager extremely helpful. Very well located hotel. Highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous little hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. We had some minor issues with aircon but they dealt with this professionally and quickly. The pool and facilities are very clean and well maintained and the rooms comfortable and well equipped. There are options to get food and drink here which are all very tasty - although I spent most of my time giving the chicken to the cats. There are about 5/6 cats here who are lovely and so friendly - the little kitten is adorable and will make your visit. The staff are kind to them and put biscuits down for them and regularly give fuss. The staff were very helpful and kind - always happy to give directions. They became like friends and we were sad to leave - if I ever come back here this is where I will stay. Thank you again!
