First, the positives: the hotel's location close to the ski area is perfect. The ski bus stops right outside, and it's only a couple of minutes' walk away. But that's about it. This hotel has nothing to do with a 4-star hotel. Here are just a few things that weren't right: red wine stain from the night before on the tablecloth, dirty wine glasses, waiters hectic and overwhelmed, broken light in the room was only fixed after three requests, toilet paper and shower gel weren't replenished, red wine was cold, but the parfait was more like pudding, the rooms weren't cleaned properly (the dust on the light bar above the bed had been there for a few weeks), cobwebs in the entrance area on every corner and on the lamp (cleanliness isn't a priority, it seems), and, and, and... We only found out who the boss was after 4 days (he never introduced himself). We wanted to speak to him about the deficiencies, but he didn't think it necessary to speak with us... Unfortunately, that only happened on the day of departure... We hope for the sake of future guests that he took our complaints seriously and will manage the hotel in a way that lives up to its 4-star rating in the future... In any case, we were completely disappointed... The price-performance ratio doesn't match...
