2-Star Hotels in Danba

OK location, all hotels seem to be in eastern area of town. Host was really helpful at organising share taxi to local villages and onward travel, answered all our travel planning questions. Unfortunately cleaning was not very good, lots of marks all over glass shower window, clearly hasn’t been wiped in a long time. Toilet leaked from base when flushed so you can imagine what comes out onto floor. Found several small carpet bugs, didn’t bother us much but needs attention.

Dongnvqing Culture Theme Hotel: Highly recommend. Stayed here 1 night for a stop over on the way from Tagong to Siguniang (four sister's mountain). The hotel has a great location. It is located on the river in town. Walking street is only a 5 minute walk west. A little further west (another 5 minutes), you can find a nice restaurant with delicious Tibetan food. Also, the hotel is only a 15-20 minute taxi to Zhonglu (northeast of town). Cool place up the mountain where you can climb up the ancient towers. The hotel room has character. Renovated modern but remains authentically ancient traditional Chinese. Comfortable bed. Good conditioning. Bathroom isn't spacious (a bit cramped). However, nice and quiet. Staff are nice and friendly/helpful. Breakfast is lacking. If you are not in the mood for noodles for breakfast, there is not much in it. Lunch/Dinner is another story. Great food (Chinese menu) with a wide variety of dishes. Overall a good experience. Recommend it if you are staying in Danba for a couple of nights.

This is a very typical Tibetan-style homestay, all built by the boss himself. If you like Tibetan style, you can go directly to the past and experience a different style. The boss is very enthusiastic. Because the road landslide needs to go a long way to reach the next attraction, the boss enthusiastically helped to modify the strategy. There are beautiful scenery along the way. It really didn't introduce the wrong way. I like the boss.

The homestay is on the top of the mountain, the scenery is very good, the room is very clean, and the boss is very enthusiastic. We went late, because the mountain road boss also specially called in advance to ask us to drive carefully. At night, we were blowing the night breeze on the terrace, very comfortable, and saw the stars. The next day, when we left the store, we had already passed breakfast time, and we went straight to the car and prepared to leave. As a result, the uncle saw that he ran out and let us get off for breakfast. He said that he had kept it for us. He was instantly moved. The only bad experience is the old road of the navigation guide. There is a long mud road. The last bad uphill loopback car has been skidding and can't go up. The gearbox is high temperature, but finally contacted the boss and told us another new road. The road conditions are very good. The car is completely stress free.

The homestay is halfway up the mountain in the scenic area, up and down, the location is very good, with the booked order ticket can also be 20% off, the door is its own parking lot, parking is convenient, the surprise is that there are many flowers and fruits in the yard, very quiet homestay, sleep awake to find the clouds and mist outside the window, It was amazing, and the sanitary environment is also very good. It is recommended.

The front desk lady was very friendly and came out to guide the parking. The facilities were not particularly new. The room was large and the soundproofing was average. My room was on the road side and there was noise when a large car passed by. What was a bit scary was that a large spider-like insect appeared in the bathroom in the morning.

There is enough white space to create a full sense of vacation. The ancient ******* residence, the garden with blooming hydrangeas, and the 360-degree rooftop with no blind spots will satisfy your expectations for the B&B. All imagination. Dinner is chicken soup and mushroom hotpot, which can be enjoyed on the rooftop. It’s so comfortable. The boss is a fellow Beijinger with a lot of stories. It would be very interesting to sit down and chat if you have time. Danba is a place with both natural scenery and cultural atmosphere. It is strongly recommended not to rush, try to leave more time for the B&B, slow down, look at the mountains and drink tea, it is a paradise-like place.

This hotel is in good health, the front desk brother is also very enthusiastic, it is very convenient to go out to eat and shop, although parking is free, but using the underground parking lot of another hotel next door, it is a little inconvenient. Overall it is ok.

必須滿分好評。伴着淅淅的細雨，終於在晚上十一點多到達，老闆娘和哥哥弟弟已在路口等待，夜走山路，原來心情緊綳的兩位媽媽在看到温馨的小院時也終於舒緩下來。因為趕路連續15小時車程，飢腸轆轆。老闆娘在菜園裡采了最新鮮的青菜為我們下了碗美味麪條。小朋友們説這是他們在川西的幾天吃的最好吃的東西。房間乾淨舒適，滿滿的藏族風情，床曖飯香，雨聲相伴，瞬息之間己酣然入夢。次日陽光夥同早餐的香味，喚醒肚子中的饞蟲，美好的一天為一頓可口的早餐而開始。站在藏居屋頂，藏寨盡收眼底，而我們也與藏寨溶為一體，成為別人眼中的風景。唯一遺憾的是未能目睹那漫山的梨花。臨行時老闆娘還給我們送來剛剛樹摘的香甜李子。願梨花盛開時，我們能再相聚一同感受那雪白的香甜。
