酒店前台人員服務熱情周到，現在天氣冷了準備的還有銀耳雪梨茶非常的貼心，房間的洗漱用品也很齊全，還有一次性的擦臉巾，方便又衞生，窗外的環境也特別好，放眼望去一片綠色，下次來鄲城還會選擇入住仟那酒店。

前台服務很熱情，還給免費延遲了退房時間，新中式的裝修風格很有格調，酒店周圍有公園和體育館！環境空氣都不錯，下次還會選擇。

酒店周圍環境不錯綠植多空氣好，停車也很方便，一進大堂就聽到了一聲悦耳的鼓聲，走近前台立馬送了一杯茶，態度親和有禮，給人感覺很舒服，值得一提的是，房間配備的有書和毛筆還有水寫貼，閑暇時間可以讀讀書練練字，天氣炎熱房間裏的空調製冷效果特別好，浴室水龍頭出水量很足，衞生也挺乾淨，早餐是自助的形式，樣式比較多，整體都很不錯，值得推薦。
