Have a wonderful stay at Hotel Dandong Pearl Island Golf Club. Excellent customer services provided by 888.110.521, 888.521.110 and 999.521.123. Will come back to stay when there is opportunity.

Great location to start your trip up north on route 331 ! Very efficient check in. Staff is polite and genuinely happy. The lady at check out (could not read her name but seems staff no 88 had a bright smile and wished us a safe journey. This is my second stay at the property and it looks like they have renovated the restaurants quite nicely

我們定的江景家庭房，酒店服務很周到，剛停下車就有工作人員幫忙拿行李，前台030號工作人員馬上幫助辦理入住手續，順利入住4層江景房，並且貼心送了一份水果和酸奶，意外驚喜，房間很大，窗邊安放了沙發，能透過大落地窗欣賞江景，這是我們選它的原因，雖然這次碰上了大雨導致上游泄洪造成酒店停電，但他們應急措施很到位，每個樓層都安排了工作人員告之停電的情況，並且幫助照明下樓用早餐，退房時還送上了小糕點，為他們的周到服務點上大大的贊。

一次非常差勁的體驗，從未有過
1.攜程下訂單的時候，已經在訂單中明確標明帶一個孩子，請幫忙準備一下小朋友的一次性拖鞋跟牙具，辦理入住的時候，前台壓根提都沒提，以為在房間了，進房間後，仍舊沒有找到，給前台打電話，才給送來；
2.前台辦理入住的時候，説是贈送了歡迎果盤，直到我退房離開，也沒有見到這果盤在哪裡，咱也不知道這是為什麼，沒有抱果盤的期待，但是主動説了卻做不到就是十分讓人有點費解；
3.如果以上我都可以忍，全是增值服務了，沒有也罷的話，我就不明白，這房間得多差勁，馬桶竟然是堵的！我是晚上10點多才辦理入住的，當時就告知我沒有多餘房間了，那你沒有能讓客人正常入住的房間，你為什麼還在攜程上開設了房型訂單，然後就給這樣一間房，玩呢？！
總之，極其噁心的一次體驗，然後辦理入住的時候，還跟我説要好評，你家好評的分數就是這麼刷上來的嗎？！

酒店位置還不錯，旁邊就是志願者公園。早餐也還算豐富，前台服務也不錯，尤其領班030，服務態度特別好，出現問題能及時解決。臨走的時候還送了我小蛋糕和糖果。
