酒店離火車站和斷橋都不遠，國慶節性價比高，前台服務超級熱情，周到細緻提示了洗澡水的使用方法，電源插座不好用時，及時提供了插線板。除了床墊有點兒硬，洗澡水壓偏小外，沒別的問題。

位置離丹東高鐵站挺近的，去哪裡都方便，酒店周邊也有很多吃的，選擇的是新裝修的房間，還不錯，衞生條件挺好，就是空調的聲音有點大！

還不錯距離火車站還有鴨綠江都很近，物美價廉，房間也不貴，抗美援朝紀念，丹東還是非常有意義的，當地的美食也不錯

整體來説還算可以吧，離火車站大約一公里左右，設施稍微有些陳舊，但是房間還是挺大的，前台小姐姐也很熱情周到，安排的房間也比較滿意。價格相對便宜，性價比還可以。

服務非常好尤其是前台服務員張林，服務非常熱情而且周到，有問必答有求必應，處理事情靈活。服務員馬翠細心指導APP操作耐心解釋，她們熱情周到細緻的服務讓人感到温暖舒心，也讓我們感到這家酒店優秀的服務管理水平和理念，房間大小正好，乾淨整潔，讓我們非常滿意。祝如家酒店越來越好！

參加丹東馬拉松，朋友説這個酒店離起點近，於是定了這家，進到房間的那一刻我就後悔了，門口是洗手間一股味道，鞋踩在地板上都粘腳，我叫清潔阿姨重新擦下地，擦完一遍還是粘腳，估計是上次的客人把飲料灑地上了，我給前台打電話，説給我換個房間，給我從六樓換到七樓，我把掏出來的行李又裝到包裏，到七樓一看，床邊一個柱子，又回到原來的房間，周邊其他酒店幾乎都訂滿，而且因為馬拉松房價高得翻倍，我自己用淋浴噴頭把衞生間沖了一遍，才沒有味道，我給前台打電話説明情況，就口頭表示一下歉意，如家neo連起碼的衞生都保證不了，這個真的忍受不了，頭一次有這麼差的體驗，這一家店拉低了整個如家的標準，真的太差勁了
