A beautiful hotel and very pleasant staff

From booking the room through the hospital, to receiving confirmation, checking in, and my experience over 3 nights (not consecutive) The breakfast was awesome. Room very comfortable and well maintained. Quiet and private. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING, and shuttle service was such a plus and so appreciated! Great staff, Excellent Reataurant and Staff. Will be back!

This hotel swooped in to save our evening when another nearby hotel ”lost” our reservation. We were thankful to be welcomed with a free upgrade and in time to grab a beer from the snack area. The room was basic, but very clean and extremely quiet. We had to skip the made-to-order breakfast, but were pleasantly surprised by the choices. We will definitely make this location one of our first choices when we are traveling to Madison again.

What made this stay an outstanding experience was Jacob at the front desk. We were a group of extended family (8+ rooms) gathered for the funeral of a favorite uncle/dad/grandfather. Jacob made everyone welcome with kindness, respect and efficiency. We gathered each day for breakfast (good selection) and then later in the day for pizza or just conversation. The hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer. Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet, heat/air easy to adjust, shower had good water pressure (and love the exhaust fan in the bathroom…no steamed up mirror!). We have stayed in other hotels in this area and this is now our top choice!

My Stay at the AC was just fantastic! Great views from my room on the 7th floor great location and the service was amazing. Nat at the front desk was friendly and accommodating on check in. Matt the valet was also quick and efficient to pull up my car and was very helpful with my bags. Recommend the stay for sure!

Stayed here for a trip to Epic Corporation. The hotel is fine. It just does t have that much character , and it was very loud at night . The rooms are arranged around an atrium , and even on the 9th floor , the noise from the lobby and surrounding rooms was loud. The bed was also kind of saggy in the middle. Very nice shower. I would consider staying again because of the convenience to Epic.

We stayed one night in this hotel. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious and included a mini fridge. Bed was comfortable. Staff at complimentary breakfast was helpful. Breakfast had good selections. There is a McDonald’s in walking distance. Nice location close to highway. A nice place to stay with friendly and helpful staff.

Spotlessly clean, quiet hotel. Very comfortable with living area, kitchenette. No road noise although convenient to interstate. There is a fun brew pub across the street and a bakery too. Comfortable bed and excellent water pressure. I would stay here again if I passed through Madison.
