3-Star Hotels in Dania Beach

Hotel is very close to airport and they provide free shuttle to and from Ft Lauderdale airport. Food in the hotel is nice, not a big menu but enough to pick!! Room cleaning is on request base…. Many tourists for cruise so sometimes you hear people in and out in the middle of the night.

Suitable for business trips. Breakfast was not bought. There is a parking lot. Very clean. The environment is also quiet. Near diana beach, near the beach

We only stayed one night before a cruise but we were very pleased with the studio room, how clean the room and facilities were and how nice the front desk staff was. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again.

Was there for business and was able to have 2 zoom calls by the bar during the day. Everyone was so nice leaving me to work after checkout. Place is very convenient to all..

The front desk service is very poor... The check-out time of the hotel is 12 o'clock. Due to special circumstances, I need to delay the check-out by 30 minutes. I went to the front desk to communicate. At first, they said no. After asking the manager, they agreed to delay the check-out by 30 minutes. However, when I left the hotel, the hotel charged 50 US dollars from the deposit as a late check-out fee without explaining the situation to me. I was very dissatisfied with this and communicated with the front desk manager of the hotel. The front desk manager had a bad attitude and had no service awareness for the guests staying in the hotel. It is recommended to choose this hotel carefully to avoid affecting the interest of the trip. I communicated with Ctrip customer service in time about the above situation, and Ctrip's service was as five-star as always.

Generally speaking, the service was good. They could have more coffee and tea in the room and have vending machines and they could extend the hours of the pool. The food was hearty and good and the attention the same.

The gentleman at the front desk did his job, the bear minimal. He wasn't extra friendly nor outgoing just able to tell me what he couldn't do or how I couldn't make payment. Not that I expected him to go above and beyond, he wasn't.obmigated to me, but there are other hotels that actually pride themselves on superb hospitality, those I prefer. I mean this is a customer service industry right? With 4 hotels on the same block I'll surely try another one next time.
