Unfortunately, during my stay, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. 🚽 Facilities: One highlight was the modern and impeccably clean toilet facilities. However, despite the hotel's non-smoking policy, there was a noticeable cigarette odor lingering in the corridors and some rooms. 🛎️ Service: Although the absence of a lift was a bit inconvenient, the staff didn't offer assistance with luggage. Despite appearing initially aloof, the concierge staff surprised me with their patience and helpfulness, providing valuable local insights. 👍 Additional Services: The hotel offers tour guide services at a reasonable price, which I found to be on par with external options. I engaged one and was pleased with the service provided. In conclusion, Wanda Yuehua·Yinxi Hotel offers a convenient location and decent amenities, albeit with some minor drawbacks. With a little improvement in certain areas, it has the potential to be an even more inviting accommodation choice.
