I was warmly greeted and the lady at the reception made a great effort to speak to me in English. I got a big room with everything you need including a hairdryer. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom including the shower. And as it was winter with cold temperatures outside (down to - 12°C) I really appreciated the hot shower and the air condition which was able to heat up the room quite fast.
Breakfast was like a small menu, a noodle dish, corn congee, an egg, sticky rice, jiaozi and more.
They also serve dinner and have a great variety of food to offer. So I enjoyed my stay there very much.
Again the staff was very friendly and helped me with ordering and were also waiting patiently until I had translated the menu and chosen the dishes I wanted. Oh yes, and if you want to enjoy a beer with the meal, you can buy that at the reception.

No complaints here - clean rooms; staff is nice; breakfast is a winner (could do with a bit more variation, but whatever). Solid upmarket choice for the area.

The room is not big, the internal hardware facilities are average, and it is not the peak tourist season. The price does not match the room facilities.

The villa is just opposite the Nanyan Downward Parking Lot. It takes a few minutes to walk back to the upward direction. The room is very clean and has a dehumidifier.
