環境一流，依山傍水！住宿條件硬件還是很不錯，據説是海事局辦公區域的改建。服務很好，前台和廳堂的服務員素質很高！唯一缺點就是距離市區還是有一段距離。喜歡風景和安靜的一定值得推薦，下次再來丹江口還會選擇！

酒店和預期一樣，風景宜人，房間很新設施也很好。1. 衞生。挑剔的我沒找出來半點問題，毛巾、拖鞋、浴巾明顯都是專門消毒過的，房間又新又安靜。2. 服務。從前台到每一位服務人員，態度都很好，有求必應，住着很舒心。3. 早餐。品種不多且口味也不太行，早餐高峯期甚至有些供不應求，餐位也有點緊缺。4. 親子友好。房間內有給孩子準備好的小黃鴨拖鞋、洗漱用品、棒棒糖、果汁，入住時還給孩子送了幾樣小玩具，倆孩子玩的很開心，大人也跟着省心。5. 環境。酒店窗外就是丹江口風景，超級美，酒店周圍有專門散步的步道，傍晚和早晨吹着江風散散步實在是太愜意了，這一點來説就很值得定也是最大的優勢。不過因此離市區很遠，建議選擇入住一定要是自駕，不然非常不方便。

這家酒店必須給五星好評👍！首先是環境好，房間內乾淨整潔，布草和衞浴用品相當講究，打開房門就能看到落地大窗户外的湖景！其次就是餐食，去的有點晚，但是晚餐和早餐幾乎都是專人專門為我們服務，味道更是沒的説！最後就是服務了，姑娘們很有耐心，也很熱情周到，愛人説下次來一定要多住幾天！感謝所有工作人員的周到服務👍！！

房間很大可以看到江景，客房的拖鞋及牙刷選品都非常不錯，浴巾克重也高就是漿洗的有點兒發硬不蓬鬆，衣帽間衣架也超有質感，以上客耗可以看的出來酒店是捨得投入的，如果能增加迷你吧小零食及歡迎果盤就更好了，畢竟大半夜周邊沒吃飯的地方就很不方便……

丹江口均州賓館真的給我帶來了很大的驚喜。它緊鄰丹江，環境優美，讓人心曠神怡。房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全。賓館的飯菜非常可口，口味地道。服務員素質高，態度熱情周到，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，強烈推薦給來丹江口旅遊的朋友們。

家庭出行，帶了長者孩子還有孕婦，定了一個套房，兩個大床房，房間設施完整，乾淨衞生，隔音條件好。服務員貼心周到，早、晚餐吃的也很舒心，晚上加了床被子，服務員很快就給送到了。酒店在景區內，周邊環境好，早上還去後邊爬了小山，看了日出，一次很輕鬆的旅行，如果不是温度太高，應該能體驗更多。
