"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist einfach und schmucklos, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Es war kein Toilettenpaper vorhanden. Das Hotel ist direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße und das Fenster ist praktisch wirkungslos. Gefühlt fuhren deshalb fast die ganze Nach die Motorräder direkt durch das Zimmer."

"We stayed for 6 nights and check in was smooth - attended by Ms Febi who is soft spoken and very detailed in her explaination of the facilities etc. We start off with a bad night as the aircon compressor chose to breakdown. However, we only asked for assistance on the next morning which the front desk activated the technician who came by very promptly. The aircon settled but it again break down in the evening. We informed front desk and happened to be Ms Febi attended to the call and this time, we are move to the new room. Ms Febi came personally to the room to help move our baggages to the new room. It meant alot and shown a high level of customer service. We hope the management can show recognition to her. Another staff who assisted us with check out, Ms Danisha, very professional and prompt in ensuring a smooth check out process. The security officers, restaurant staff and house keeping are also friendly, always ready to help. Thumbs up to the hotel! Recommended as it is in the middle of Malioboro."

"Not every room has a hair dryer, so you have to ask. And if there are other people queuing up to use it, you may have to wait. As for how long you have to wait, it varies from person to person."

"The hotel is clean and tidy. Location is right at the centre of Marlioboro, right next to a few shopping malls. The rooftop pool is the place my kids spent most of their time. The customer service is exceptional, they are always helpful. The room fridge is though not functioning and was advised by the hotel that it's a display cabinet only, which is a bit odd. The hair-dryer is working but it will probably take me one hour to dry my hair with. I'd recommend bringing your own hair-dryer."

"Excellent inexpensive hotel. Clean, there is Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning. Attention - there is no hot water. But in general the water in the shower is warm, both at night and during the day. - heat. Location - 4 minutes to the main street along a quiet narrow alley without cars, it is very convenient. They helped to find a driver who took us to Borobudur and Prambanan. The room is small. But the price is very small. The staff is nice and friendly. Every morning they bring a cup of tea to each room) there is no shampoo, but a small soap will be waiting in the room. For this little money - the hotel is excellent"

"Lovely room and bathroom, very clean and well looked after, only issue is that its next door to a mosque and youre woken up every morning at 04:30 by the call to prayer as its so loud we originally thought there were speakers in the room, but appreciate its not in the hotels control"

"Très bonne surprise. Hôtel neuf très confortable idéalement situé dans une rue calme a côté de l'avenue principale de Yogyakarta. Il y a même Netflix dans la chambre. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très serviable et réactif. L'hôtel n'a pas de salle de restaurant mais de nombreuses options sont disponibles aux alentours. Le petit déjeuner se commande la veille et est servi directement dans la chambre, c'était très bon."

"Location is very near to Maliobromo street, easy to walk around. The entrance to the hotel is a bit narrow but the hotel will arrange to carry your bags . That was no lift in the hotel ,if you're old please choose ground floor for easy in and out"
