lily and her team were excellent. I was visiting to run the marathon and could not have asked for more. Special packs for us when we arrived. Early breakfast as we needed to get to the race. Special tea and a hot flannel for runners after the race Very impressive to all the staff. Thank you. Francis. Rm 359

We received a nice gift to prepare for Marathon. The hotel was very close to the start line which was excellent to return back to the hotel quickly after the run. The manager could speak English which was very helpful.

The room was good. Spacious and clean. The staffs such as receptionist, bellboy, cleaner are all helpful and friendly. The hotel manager even gave us a few complimentary cookies by the time of check out.
The breakfast is good, though kind of limited options.
Good location, not at busy and noisy area, but convenient as there are a few eateries and convenient store in walking distance.

Totally not recommended for stay! We checked in on New Year's Eve. The water pipe in the room was broken. The front desk changed our room in the middle of the night. I specifically asked them to change to a better room. The room we moved to was very cold, and the hotel didn't have air conditioning. When I woke up in the morning, I saw that it was a completely dark room. Would you be willing to stay there? I caught a cold in Danzhou during my trip to Hainan! In short, the hotel facilities are old and the service awareness is very poor. Only the luggage guy at the front desk has some service awareness and takes the initiative to help with the luggage. Overall, it is very poor! ! !

The corridor smells really bad. The room looks OK but it also smells. The facilities are old and the curtains can't be closed on one side. The breakfast is not very good either.

I went to Danzhou during the Chinese New Year in Hainan and chose this hotel. The price was very suitable during the Chinese New Year. I have to say that the bed in the hotel was very comfortable to sleep in. When checking in, the lady at the front desk upgraded the room to a family room because I had a child. The bed was super big and very nice.
The hotel breakfast is also very good, with Danzhou's special rice noodles, white steamed buns and so on. The breakfast is also delicious.
After checking out and going home, we forgot some things at the hotel. Ms. Huang Juanjuan at the front desk was very helpful in helping us contact them and send them back. Thank you so much.
