Hotels in Danzhou City Center / summer square / Western Hospital, Danzhou

This time, I came to Danzhou for the Hainan Provincial Swimming Championships, and the Four Points by Sheraton was the designated hotel for the event. We booked a Deluxe King Room, and first of all, the room was indeed very spacious. The bathroom was large, and there was also a big balcony with a clothes drying rack. Since my child was competing in swimming, they had a lot of clothes to change and wash daily, so having ample drying space was very convenient. The children had all three meals at the hotel, and they said it was pretty good. The breakfast selection was decent, and the porridge was freshly cooked in individual small pots. However, due to the competition, it was crowded in the mornings, and some food items ran out because they couldn't keep up with demand. The biggest complaint was the hotel bed. The mattress must have been an old spring mattress; if one person turned over, everyone else in the bed would bounce around as if on a trampoline. It was very uncomfortable. Luckily, we had a 2-meter king-size bed, and the bed bench at the foot of the bed was long enough that I slept there for four consecutive nights. Regarding service, some staff were excellent, while others were not. The front desk staff who checked us in answered my questions haphazardly without even listening properly. However, the staff who came to resolve issues after we checked into the room were all very good.

Great value for money! High cost performance! Great breakfast! The bathroom is modern! Clean and hygienic! The decoration style is fashionable and simple, and the bedding is comfortable and skin-friendly. What is especially valuable is that it provides a clothes drying hook at the air-conditioning heater vent to dry clean clothes and a clothes drying rod. It is so delicate, warm and thoughtful, making you feel like home!

First of all, I would like to comment on the resident manager and the front desk customer service. They are really arrogant and arrogant in front of customers. When I checked in and had breakfast, I encountered that the quality of the food contained debris. Then I went to the front desk, and then when handling the matter, the resident The store manager has already come out, but he is very aloof and refuses to communicate with you. He asked the front desk to come over and communicate with me. I want to ask you, are you aloof? Or is your position very high? Doesn’t it require the store manager to handle this problem and explain to me how to improve the quality of the restaurant in the future? Secondly, after this processing, my overall check-in experience seemed to be deliberately targeted. I called 5-6 times through the room phone but did not answer it. When I left the parking lot, I scanned the parking ticket first, and then the system prompted me to return it when I left the door. I have to charge parking fees, watch others go out, and get stuck when I go out? Is it a coincidence or do I not know how to enter my license plate number? The overall summary is that you encounter problems when you check in at this store. The person in charge does not take the initiative to contact you, and deliberately makes your overall experience worse.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was exceptional, earning a five-star rating! The front desk representative, Ms. Li, was quick and welcoming, and even offered helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, the bedding so comfortable I fell asleep right away, and there was absolutely no odor. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with excellent water pressure, and the toiletries were high-quality. The most surprising thing was the breakfast, which was varied and fresh, catering to every taste. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to taxis and public transportation, and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Upon check-out, the staff even thoughtfully asked about my stay, which was a real plus. I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to friends. It's truly worth it!

I came back to Zhangzhou for the first time to choose this store. The front desk helped upgrade the room type and gave breakfast. It was very intimate. The breakfast had special rice rotten. The lobby fragrance was very fragrant. There was self-service tea. The parking lot was quite large. There was also a charging pile to charge. The staff is very warm and suitable for business trips. Very good value for money! ! !

🌸My friend and I were driving through the area, and since it was getting late, we decided to stay there. The hotel is located right by the roadside, making parking very convenient and free. 🌸The staff were exceptionally friendly and very kind. 🌸The cleanliness was decent. The soundproofing was just average; we could hear conversations from people outside our room. Overall, it was pretty good. 👍

This time I traveled around the island for a few days and stayed at Vienna International Hotel. Overall, Danzhou Dingshang is the best. The lobby is tall and elegant. I was very satisfied with the service of the girl at the front desk. Thumbs up!

Before I went to Haihua Island, I lived in this store. The beds of 1.8 and 1.3 were very spacious with children. There was also a large screen. You can cast screens to watch movies. The bathroom facilities are old, the service is good, and the price/performance ratio is too high.
