預訂的兩晚房間，衞生間異味比較重，晚上都不敢關換氣扇，中途還請服務員清理過一次衞生。大多數員工服務意識差，退房時和退房後，沒有和我確認過消費賬單，擅自扣費（並未消費過其房間內任何付費商品）。致電酒店前台，要求其複核房間消費情況。前台複核後回電説是客房搞錯了，沒有一句道歉，反而強調是客房部的問題，難道客房的問題不是你酒店的問題？我提出問題在他們，需要在平台退費處理。結果來個加我微信退費給我的處理方案，完全沒有一點專業性。我提出不同意，前台居然先掛斷電話，這個操作簡直下頭。最後通過攜程介入才退費。10塊錢的紅牛賬單，應該對誰都不是問題，但是能看出酒店管理能力缺失，服務人員水平拉胯，虛有其表，敗絮其中。
