Tarzans Beach Resort

We rented a villa with loft with view of the sea. The resort was a bit hard to find since you need to walk from the main road of General Luna but all tricycles know it. The staff were accommodating and Wi-Fi is average at best. It has its own beach front where you can go surfing. If you plan to stay here better rent a scooter since the transport fee will quickly add up since it’s a bit far from where the main attractions are including nightlife, but if you’re here to surf then this will be perfect for you since you can walk for 15 minutes to Cloud 9 as well. The other downside is the power interruption since they have no generator and water service is not available sometimes

A good concept however needs improvement. We checked in late and the walk to the place was pitch dark and felt like you are walking into a ******* forest. Place was cozy however had issues with water and toilet flushing. Take bug spray as lots of mosquitos around!

Good location near cloud 9 however take a torch with you as the way to the house is pitch dark. Very basic accommodation and note you will not always have hot water. Take plenty of mosquito repellent and expect a lot of mosquitos in the place. Don’t worry expect your room to be cleaned daily as this is only done once a week. For what you get the place is expensive for Philippines. Lots of hotel options in area so I would choose a hotel for same price.

Worst customer service! Our flight got cancelled due to bad weather condition hence, we requested for other options in our supposed 2 days booking, either refunded or rebooked. Unfortunately, the host (airbnb) told me that this is not being covered and part of their house rules, etc. told us to just cancel our booking instead of giving us options . This lady would still insist that we will not get any but to cancel with forfeited payment. Nightmare for us! Siargao has been part of my bucketlist but this lady ruined my expectation. At least no empathy was given, clearly its all about business not customer service.
