We had a fantastic stay at the Peninsula Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special shoutout to Joshua, the porter, who was absolutely wonderful—so helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. Jacob was also incredibly helpful, making sure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. The entire team was great (Abubakar,John, sharifa, Salome, Irene & Ashura), ensuring we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The only thing I’d love to see improved is the breakfast buffet—having more options would make it even better. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Peninsula Hotel. I'm looking forward to our next visit!

This was my third visit in the hotel. I can say I’m not so happy especially with my last visit. I requested a high floor room but I got a room in the first floor 😅 . Knowing that this request was upon availability, I decided not to make any issues and I said it’s fine. But the other issue and the funniest one (sorry for this ) was the TV in the room that they gave me. Was an old Samsung model not even smart TV, so I wasn’t able to connect my phone on it. Thankfully when I visit Dar I usually have business to do and it’s not like I’m all the time inside the room, but this one guys will be issue for many of your customers, so make sure you fixed it we are in 2025. The service and all the hotel’s staff was kind and helpful and always with a smile 😊 but if you ask me as a repeater if I want to visit again I would say no. Thank you for your time , and I hope you will improve those issues.

I stopped by the Peninsula Hotel in Dar es Salaam for lunch, and it was such a great experience! After several days of continental food, we were really craving something different, and their Indian menu hit the spot. The food was delicious, with bold flavors that felt like a comforting change of pace. The staff were super attentive and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. They made sure we had everything we needed and were genuinely friendly. The restaurant had a nice, relaxed vibe—perfect for a laid-back lunch. Even though I didn’t stay at the hotel, my visit left a great impression. If you're in Dar es Salaam and looking for a good meal or even a place to stay, I’d definitely recommend checking out the Peninsula Hotel.

The hotel staff were amazing ! Jacob the porter was extremely friendly and was even teaching us essential Swahili phrases during our stay. The hotel staff ensured we were comfortable and anything we needed was a simple phone call or friendly reception trip away! Thank you so much !!
