"Check in and check out is disgusting It takes a while only 1 receptionist available When checking out there was 1 guest who was checking in who took so long when we we’re about 4 waiting with only 1 receptionist Plse don’t be mean add others when I was checking in it was the same  If your planning to check out and your in a hurry better leave early or you will be late"

"The rooms are warm and comfortable, clean and hygienic, no noise impact, and the surrounding environment is elegant. There is a cafeteria on the second floor, a gym with all the equipment, and the swimming pool water quality is crystal clear."

"The hotel is conveniently located on a main road, just over 20 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was also good, quite generous for Africa. The price was reasonable, the decor was relatively new, and there were some personal touches, like the paintings on the headboard walls. The staff was very welcoming, and there's also a gym and swimming pool. A very considerate accommodation."

"We meet the manager when we check out.he is so nice and thoughtful to tell us we can get into the reception room to wait our taxi and even get us a drink. Even though the hotel is not that good as we excepted, but the service is amazing make us feel at home."

"Rude Reception staff. Tried to ask for an extra fee even though i paid everything online. Later when i said i will complain, then didn’t take that extra per day fee. Did not provide even water free of cost at the time of waiting at the reception. Not much options for vegetarian in breakfast. One Indian Girl at the reception was nice and understanding otherwise all other were rude."

"The check-in took too much time, more than 30 min. The front desk can't manage to locate my booking. The service in the restaurant is good. The food is nice. However, it was not a good experience when we went to check out. They still can't locate our booking and wanted to charge the room rate to me. I showed the staff about the hotel confirmation from Trip.com, and then they decided to take the room charges away. And, the time taken for checking out is too much. Won't return in the future."
