"Check in and check out is disgusting
It takes a while only 1 receptionist available
When checking out there was 1 guest who was checking in who took so long when we we’re about 4 waiting with only 1 receptionist Plse don’t be mean add others when I was checking in it was the same
If your planning to check out and your in a hurry better leave early or you will be late"
"The rooms are warm and comfortable, clean and hygienic, no noise impact, and the surrounding environment is elegant. There is a cafeteria on the second floor, a gym with all the equipment, and the swimming pool water quality is crystal clear."
"The hotel is conveniently located on a main road, just over 20 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was also good, quite generous for Africa. The price was reasonable, the decor was relatively new, and there were some personal touches, like the paintings on the headboard walls. The staff was very welcoming, and there's also a gym and swimming pool. A very considerate accommodation."
"We meet the manager when we check out.he is so nice and thoughtful to tell us we can get into the reception room to wait our taxi and even get us a drink. Even though the hotel is not that good as we excepted, but the service is amazing make us feel at home."
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Facilities are great, great services and location. its just like you see in the pictures. I would definately book Sheraton again since it never dissapoints. They maintain top standards."
"Rude Reception staff. Tried to ask for an extra fee even though i paid everything online. Later when i said i will complain, then didn’t take that extra per day fee.
Did not provide even water free of cost at the time of waiting at the reception.
Not much options for vegetarian in breakfast.
One Indian Girl at the reception was nice and understanding otherwise all other were rude."
"The check-in took too much time, more than 30 min. The front desk can't manage to locate my booking. The service in the restaurant is good. The food is nice. However, it was not a good experience when we went to check out. They still can't locate our booking and wanted to charge the room rate to me. I showed the staff about the hotel confirmation from Trip.com, and then they decided to take the room charges away. And, the time taken for checking out is too much. Won't return in the future."

Amazing
IImina OlgaNice hotel, with spacious suites which would be ideal for a longer stay, with Coco beach just across the road. Staff was very polite, friendly and service minded. Because it was not busy (just before peak season will start mid december) they offered us an extra amenity by means of roomservice. The first night we ate in the restaurant of the hotel which was good and tastefull. Breakfast could be better, a bit too plain and bad coffee. But all in all a pleasant stay.
JJNB_82The resort was definitely much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but it was very nice indeed. Beautiful clean white sand, a lovely relaxing vibe, and generally pleasant surroundings.
There is not much to do apart from swimming for my six-year-old, but that in itself was enjoyable. It was peak season, therefore it was a little bit crowded, however not to the point of total discomfort. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the restaurant food was mostly very tasty. Our one suggestion was well received, and likely to be rectified soonest.
Nice breakfast spread - included all the stations, but the hot food selection could be a little more exciting.
It would be great if the hotel itself could organize one or two activities. There was a volleyball and an attempt at a game the guests tried to pioneer which never quite happened. The rooms size is sufficient, nice big bed, my only complaint would be the fact that the fridge can be difficult to locate as it is very strangely positioned and hidden behind some panels.
The central air conditioning seemed to be off in certain places, so it was hot in the corridors, fortunately the room air conditioning works very well.
There isn't really anything in the way of fast food places and restaurants in close proximity, so only the hotel restaurant. This is fine for a few nights, but would probably get tedious for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay overall, and would recommend and visit again!
3320638****After we checked out, the front desk secretly deducted a few days' room fee on top of the payment we had already made on Ctrip. We are currently appealing
MMikeFdGreat place.
Really enjoyed my stay and the staff members made my stay very worthwhile. Without taking names, All staff members are very professional, starting from Managers, receptionist, restaurant staff and cleaners. Everyone was performing at their peak.
I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Daresalaam. The price is reasonable and compensates for the distance to major shopping centres and other activities.
JJaina Jethi ReteshThe experience was good, was given a double room even though I had booked as a single occupant. Really good value for money, the price included breakfast, which I was surprised about. The staff prepared fresh food majority of the time as requested.
GGS7Exceptional Experience!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the location was perfect.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the service was impeccable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. The value for money is unbeatable!
GGuest UserThe location is good as it’s close to restaurants, bars and Coco beach in Dar’s most happening suburb However the room is nothing like the picture shown. Maybe it looked like this when it opened years ago but now the place is older and needs some tender loving care to restore it. Nevertheless the staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was good. It’s above a popular bar so might be noisy Thursday to Saturday. We stayed Sunday to Tuesday and it was quiet.
TTitania WachoThe hotel was clean and very comfortable. It’s also very close to the airport so makes it very easy to find. The staff was friendly as well
