Room is excellent, roomy and very warm Cleaner is excellent. The breakfast area is gloomy. No staff or waters the breakfast is so bad that we went out to buy breakfast. No milk we asked for milk for cereals and was given a carton of milk. Not even a jug The fried eggs on display were unedible and cold. The chips also inedible and cold. We ordered an omelette which was underdone with raw egg inside. In the restaurant the price of drinks was outrageous. The only wine available was Villa Dalucca which was 195 lira a bottle in the supermarket as a cheap wine a bottle in the hotel was 1440 lira a bottle which in our view was totally unacceptable. The hotel should offer a variety of wine at realistic prices. The food in the restaurant was acceptable The shuttle service to the hospital was very reliable and a good service We really hope that you are able to correct some of these comments in which case the hotel would benefit with much happier guests

The room was not cleaned properly, the aircondition was loud and inefficient, the towels were unhygienic, the breakfast was poor, only the staff was friendly, however the wake-up call did not come as promised. The hotel room was in a miserable and worn out maintenance state - Never ever again!

Самый ужасный отель, где я отдыхала. Всё грязное: полотенца серые и в пятнах, халаты серые застиранные, еда не вкусная. Забронировала люкс с балконом - при поселении дали номер стандарт без балкона. После разговора на ресепшене - дали всё же люкс. В номере не было полотенец. Сказали "вытирайтесь пока что халатами, а мы вечером купим полотенце и принесём вам их завтра". Шок! В итоге принесли на следующий день полотенца, но не новые, а серые старые плохопахнущие. Тюль в номере грязная, как будто кто-то вытирал обувь ими (чёрные пятна). На балконе сплошная грязь. Стёкла не мылись наверное с начала лето, через них мало что видно и вообще неприятно смотреть. В качестве комплимента принесли в номер вино, накрытое очень старой, грязной, рваной тряпочкой. Вино пить не стали, т.к. не внушало доверия его содержимое, после всего, что мы увидели по чистоте. Положительное в данном отеле - это персонал, в особенности Эля и Махир. Спасибо им за то, что помогали хоть что-то решить и то, что они были добрые и внимательные люди. И положительное в данном отеле - это расположение. Недалеко от набережной для прогулок и похода в ресторан.
