It was a awesome experience.. Services are top class. Rooms are beautiful they kept very clean. Atmosphere is very very nice, surrounded with greenery. It’s worth it to spend the money. Amenities lovely. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Now they are our extended family

All the staffs are very good with smiling face. Very good service. Food and room are excellent. Only problem I faced is lack of lift. We were a team of 15 with average age 68 yrs having age related osteoarthritis. For that I could not give 5 out of 5. We enjoyed too much including evening bonfire and music. My recommendation level is high.

Excellent staff, great food, rooms are good , bathrooms are superb !! I would say it’s much better to stay in this resort at Mirik rather staying in any hotel at Gangtok. Ashish is the manager here who’s friendly and so are the owners (if you happened to meet them). Strongly recommend!!

The hotel is at fantastic location and behavior of all staff is excellent .The food is so testy and delicious. The room ambience is very good and specious. The bathroom is big one and with bathtub.The manager him self take us for trekking and it was so adventurous. The staff Aviram , Raj and Eric and manager Ashish's behavior was very good and all staff are very caring.

I have been to so many places in India and have been to so many resorts around but my experience here is indeed top notch. The hospitality is a 10 on 10. Ashish is a wonderful host I must mention. I had a lot of interaction with Eric and Raj and they were very supportive all through out. The view of Kangchenjunga from my room, the silence of the pine trees around , the balcony view and the bathtub with a view made is worth the stay. The trek near by is also totally worthy. The evening with sound and music and bonfire was made super special. A special thanks to the awesome chef , for the food was a 10 on 10

Just had the most amazing stay at Amira Hotel in Mirik, Darjeeling! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and super comfortable — but what truly made it special was the incredible hospitality. The food was delicious, and the team organized a cozy bonfire and a fun barbecue evening that made our stay unforgettable. Huge thanks to Ashis, who went above and beyond to show us the beauty of Mirik. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Amazing place. Amazing staff. Awesome food. Picturesque location. Its heaven on earth. Very clean rooms. The staff go out of the way to make sure the stay is pleasent. You would not have a single complaint about this place. Looking forward to visit this amazing place again.
