Ramada by Wyndham Darjeeling Gandhi Road

Great location and the advantage of having an elevator from ground floor. However, the hotel is undergoing major repair work and hence is mostly covered with scaffoldings therefore not much to view from the rooms. In addition one of the elevators were also not working.

A relaxing and rejuvenating retreat and a truly enjoyable stay at the Ramada Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hospitality and warm welcome by their prestigious staff. The hotel is relaxing and will give you a comfortable stay. We had a premium room and the room was neat and sparkling clean. The hotel offers a wide range in buffet . The staff Mr.Kashinath and the chef Priyash made the Dining experience even more special. Their dedicated staff and the ambience of the restaurant is outstanding and over the top. If you’re planning a trip to Darjeeling we suggest you book this hotel for a relaxing stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was just wonderful. Clean and airy room, bathroom, well stocked tea- coffee corner and prompt room service. We had a premium room with terrace-balcony on the 5th floor that had a fantastic view of the mountains. The swing in the balcony was an added delight. Breakfast was very good with continental and Indian food ( live station of delicious Dosas) People were polite and helpful. Would love to come back again. Thank you, Shubham, Subrata and Amrito. Excellent location and views from the premium rooms! I had a great experience with the staff as well as they were professional, very courteous and helpful! Clean rooms and common areas and I loved the added detail of having a swing in the balcony. Great breakfast buffet as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my two-day stay and I would return again.

The check-in process was smooth, and I was warmly welcomed by the team. A special thanks to Sabita, Ketmit, Kanchan, Suraksha, Chiranjit, Dipankar, Tukhar, and from management, Nima and Puja, for their outstanding service! They were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. There were more amazing staff members whose names I couldn’t mention, but their service was equally commendable. The multi-cuisine restaurant serves delicious meals with a great variety of options. Breakfast was particularly impressive, with fresh and tasty selections. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from Mall Road, making it super convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and exploring Darjeeling’s best spots. So Ramada is best one.

It's was an amezing stay at Ramada by Wyndham Darjeeling.Starting with wonderful welcoming by Front office team with Darjeeling flavour tea ***** with khada.i was a very lucky got an ungraded kanchanjunga view room with himalayan view. Hotel has elevator, 24 hours hot water system with heating and oil heater facility. Hotel located centrally with all the facilities and rooms are renovated new room. Hotel has beautiful restaurant call DARJEELING HOUSE facing kanchanjunga with very helpful staff also inside the restaurant there is bar ( Wine company ). I stayed many hotels in Darjeeling including Mayfair , sterling and Elgin but I recommend Ramada by Wyndham Darjeeling is the best hotel of the city. Overall best 5 start hotel in Darjeeling.
