Hotel is an old property nicely renovated with excellent valley view.It is little harder for older person to reach hotel as it is in no Transport zone.Hotel staff is very cooperative and adjusting and cleanliness is excellent.Mr Torjey Bhutia at reception helped us to book toy train tickets.At restaurent Pratiksha gave exceptional service and provided all dishes required by us.Any body going should book toy train ticket in advance otherwise it will not be avilable instantly

Best hotel near mall . Homely atmosphere, all staffs behaviour are too good. All type rooms are good and well decorated. But I personally suggest the attic view room. View from this room is out of imagination. Well furnished beautiful decoration. Just fabulous

The stay was wonderful. Was attended by Mr Dorjey T Bhutia very well. I requested them for a cot instead of mattresses they arranged it quickly. The food was tasty and the most impressive thing was their staff behaviour. They were extremely courteous and polite. Would like to add some suggestions the toilet kits and bathroom slippers should be provided during the check in itself.

Uddan nirvan resort is located in mid of market in Darjeeling .. it give scenic view of kanchanjanga hills from balcony. If you are lucky you can watch son rising from kanchanjanga hills giving golden clading to edge of the hills .. amazing About hospitality, I must state it is of no short than wonderful.. really enjoyed stay.. Chef and entire team in grains the full veg restaurant attended with resort has magic in their hand. They prepared mouth watering food .. for us they specifically prepared traditional Nepali food .. great test .. enjoyed fully

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the ambiance was great, and the overall experience was fantastic. A special mention to Dorjey Thendup Bhutia, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my documents at the hotel, and he went out of his way to ensure they were safely sent to my home address. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel, not just for its facilities but for the exceptional hospitality. Will definitely visit again!

I stayed your hotel from 6th to 9 th March 2025. My room was 204. Good view room. Ambience of restaurant is beautiful. Food qualities are awesome. Only one thing I think that if you provide DRH tv service in room it will be more appreciated. Staff behaviour is good.

Very clean rooms Services are awesome Foods are delicious Good and maintained common area, park and garden Security also very good. Overall experience is satisfied. Only problem is car not reached the gate of this property. But this make the property less crowed.

This was one of the most beautiful stay. Mr Dorjey T Bhutia hosted us and it was a very wonderful experience. The staff were very cordial and they paid attention to every minute requests. They provided complementary food for my 2 years old daughter. The property is very beautifully located with valley view rooms and evn Kanchenjunga range was peeking in the corner.

The property is located right next to Darjeeling Mall. It’s a neat and clean resort with their very own restaurant and a lawn area facing the valley. We stayed in a lawn view cottage room. The facilities were sufficient and clean. The staff were warm and polite. Mr Dorjey T Bhutia was warm and welcoming. The restaurant even though pure veg served delicious food.
