The staff are friendly but less enthusiastic. The food which provided in restaurant was expensive but with less variety and quantity. The room is clean but with a lot of flies.

The conditions are probably poor because it is in a small town. There are no slippers or hair dryers in the room. I asked the waiter for a hair dryer, but it was taken away on the third day. I don't know what the heck is going on. The restaurant is located on B1. The music was deafening from breakfast on, and the music lasted until 10:30 at night, which also reflects the love of music for San Ge. Of course, don't expect the room to be soundproof. In addition, the hotel only provides vegetarian food, so if you mind, you'd better leave.

The rooms of this udaan was very spacious and clean Miss Ruchita Nim and their whole team was awesome and very greatful that we made a stay on here Nice cordial staff their service was very perfect The brekfast was amazing specially the bakery items Views from our rooms was very satisfying

Food was very nice and the service of the restaurant was very good Service staffs behaviour was very polite And the food was worth it and the taste quality portion of the food was good and tasty Ambience and live music karoke was very refreshing Thanks to Ruchita and lasang for the good prompt service

Food was excellent and staff is also very cooperative and they provide good hospitality as well. Chef George gave very good treatment. He is a nice person inside out. Ruchita and Nim listened everything very carefully

No service at all. The staff at the restaurant was lazy and no respect towards guests. Despite of requesting for the cup of tea . They were reluctant to provide as if they were ignoring. The same thing happened with other guests also If there would be negative rating I would go with that but the least is one star .
