The staff are friendly but less enthusiastic. The food which provided in restaurant was expensive but with less variety and quantity. The room is clean but with a lot of flies.

The conditions are probably poor because it is in a small town. There are no slippers or hair dryers in the room. I asked the waiter for a hair dryer, but it was taken away on the third day. I don't know what the heck is going on. The restaurant is located on B1. The music was deafening from breakfast on, and the music lasted until 10:30 at night, which also reflects the love of music for San Ge. Of course, don't expect the room to be soundproof. In addition, the hotel only provides vegetarian food, so if you mind, you'd better leave.

Restaurant hotel room was very clean and spacious and their incharge holder Mr George chef was the best chef and the manna chef and shubham who really filled us with yummy and mouth filling dishes Servants waitress Ruchita attended us very well The pluspoint of the hotel is their food which made us feel very comfortable thanks to the restaurant staffs mr Nim and mr pankaj

We checked in at the hotel at night time, but still they managed to arrange a buffet for all of us. The service and food was very amazing with great service thanks to Adarsh who served us. Thanks to the Prem chef for arranging everything perfectly Also the reception Anisha, Pratik, Saprapti and Subham and bell boy they all were very helpful .

Food quantity was very good and they also provided Jain food as per our requirement hence very satisfied Also the staff Anisha, saprapti and prarik were all supportive in any problem.Udaan hotel is situated in market and also near Toy train station so near the hotel. In all food quality 10/10 Location 10/10 so will suggest any one to come in this hotel any time u come here

It was a perfect stay with clean rooms, beds and pillows, overall food was awesome just service was a little bit slow, and personally i need a fan in a room which i found missing! The staff was very good and friendly and helpful, again personally I found Anisha Maam and Pratik were very friendly
